Chapter 1: Nerd

Jieun POV
Ever since my parents passed away I totally forgot about my looks
All I focused on was studying
I wanted to make my parents proud wherever they are
The only bad thing is that I am bullied
You know no biggy
I just have to get thrown around and beat up everyday
Ugh and the worst bully of all is this guy called Chanyeol
He's nice to everyone except for me
And it's really annoying
He's always smiling and when he looks at me his smile turns into a disgust face
I have to tell the truth about myself, I am pretty...ugly
I eat a lot
I never use those pimple stuff
I have acne thanks to that
Due to all of the reading I did I wear huge glasses
And last but not least I wear baggy "men's" clothes
I seriously don't care about my looks all I care a bout is school

-Monday morning-
I wake up, wash up, dress up and eat breakfast
The I run out the door, there is always someone waiting for me outside my house to beat me
But today no one was here
So I start walking to school
Then I feel a hand grab my arm and pull me to a corner

He slams his hand on the wall and looks at me in the eyes
"You! Did you take it!" He says in his low scary voice
"N-n-no, I don't know what your talk-"
He grabs my hair and slams my head on the wall
"I'm going to ask again and this time I want an answer, did you take it?" He asks
I shake my head
I don't even know what he's talking about jeez he needs to take a chill pill
He lets go of my hair and pushes me onto the wall
"Look that necklace is very important to me, so I'm just asking if you took it you thief!" He shouts
I wish I can just run away

The necklace?
The necklace that he always wears!?
Chanyeol lost his necklace?!!!
"I don't know where it is okay" I say
His grip on my shoulders tighten
He flicks me on the forehead
"You'll find it, NOW!!" He shouts and walks away

The meanest guy I've ever met
He always bullies me like this
But he lost his necklace?
That's rare he always wears that thing
I remember what he said about finding it so I start looking on the floor
Then I accidentally bump into someone

"OMO! Mianhaemida! I didn't mean to do that" I say
The women turns around and smiles at me
"Oh no problem, but can you do me a favour, I tried asking a boy walking to school but he seemed really angry" she says
Yup that's definitely Chanyeol
"Sure" I say and carry her bags for her
"What are all these bags for" I ask
"Oh they were for my daughter, but she...she...passed away" she said
My eyes start filling up with tears and so are the lady's
We both cry together
"Why are you crying" she asks
"Because you're crying" I say and she laughs
We walk for a while and arrive at a big house
"Thank you so much, how can I repay you" she says
I scratch my head
Hmmm what do I need
"Oh I have an idea!" She says suddenly
"How much time do you have until you're school starts?" She says exitedly
i look at my watch
"15 minutes exactly" I say
The women nods
"Just the amount of time I need"
She picks up all the bags and tells me to come with her
When she unlocks the door to her house it's like a fashion paradise in there
"I'm a fashion designer, and I'm going to give you a makeover" she says with a huge smile on her face
A m-makeover!?!
