Nova stood in front of the rebellion who remained silent as she slowly faded from her form to human.

"Nova?" Ben slowly approached.

"I wouldn't get close if I were you."

She sighed as she looked so defeated.

"What did you do to Animo Nova?" Ben asked.

"I…wiped him out of existence, but don't worry if you ask I can bring him back." She said.

"If you please, Amino needs to face his crimes by the people he hurt." Max said not looking fazed.

"...okay." She said and like that Animo appeared looking distraught having just come back from non-existence. He looked up at Nova and showed pure terror as he took of only to be apprehended.

"We should go…" She mumbled as she made a portal as her bracelet flashed into her palms and she walked right through leaving the portal wide open.

"And that's what happened?" Gwen asked.

"Yeah." Ben nodded.

"Wow…never she would've thought she had it in her." Kevin smirked.

"Kevin!" Gwen scolded.

"What?! Come on Gwen she's an anodite celestial super being imagine all the things we could get done with literally snap of her fingers, you think if I asked she'd make it so my car would never get damaged?" Kevin wondered.

"Where's Nova now Gwen?" Ben asked.

"She's been locked up in her room ever since you guys got back, if I didn't know any better I'd think she's pretty upset you found out." Gwen sighed. "No wonder she's been so defensive about secrets." She sighed.

"Not to sound like I don't care or anything but we just got word of alien tech way over level 2 and some guy named Tyler has it." Kevin said as he loosely held his plumber badge.

"I'm gonna call Nova, maybe knocking some DNAlien heads will make her feel better or open up about something I don't know." Gwen muttered.

"Hey Nova, it's me Gwen…just wanted to let you know we've got an alert over here and uh if you're willing maybe you'd like to join us, I'll send coordinates. Bye…"

Nova's badge ended the message while on the other end of the darkened bedroom Nova sat by the window as she watched the people outside walk down the street without a care and not knowing that their planet could be invaded.

Are you not going?

"I don't know, I overreacted and became the very thing I didn't want them to see me as." Nova replied.

You know you can't languish around, wearing your pajamas and sulk for the rest of your life.

"Watch me. I've got nothing to go out for." Nova scoffed.

All I ever do is watch you and look after you, it's my job as your other but you can't run and hide forever…I thought you trusted them?

"I do trust them, but we know how that always ends. Besides…would they even trust me, after I've kept this hidden for so long?" She muttered.

Honestly, I think they're your best shot at real friends.

"...have you ever wondered what it would be like…to be human or at least one species that isn't some sort of universal god?" She chuckled.
