Be Knighted

On a hill stood a large castle and inside a man dressed as a king addressed the knights lining the throne room.

"The forever knights have existed 1000 years with but a single goal and tonight, we stand on the brink of triumph!" He said and the entire hall filled with knights echoed with cheers as a single knight with a red cape walks forward.

"It all must fall on you. Are you ready, Conner?" The king asked.

"I am." He said.

"Throughout our history we've bought, borrowed or stolen the most powerful weapons available on earth and beyond." The king said as a trio of knights came with a large gun in hand. "That thus far none have worked. Ths one we believe is different." He said as the knight holding the weapon kneeled before Conner. A young squire approaches the king with a helmet.

"You are the bravest of us all Conner, you've earned the right to wield this." The king said as he then led him to a stone double door that had to be cranked by two knights to get open.

"Aim for the heart and hold the beam steady." The King said.

"I'll hold it steady but how can I say the same of the beast." Conner said.

"It's chained, don't worry." The king said and Conner walked into the room and they closed the doors behind him. But when he got in he noticed a chain be dragged back as he also noticed pieces of the chains scattered.

Eyes opened in front of him and It's hand knocked him over, removing his helmet as it stomped on it crushing it under Its weight. It went up the flight of stair and it banged against the stone doors trying to get out and some knights came to block the door.

Conner ran back towards the beast and raised the gun towards the beast, the beast noticed and as Conner shot it dodged and the blast went right through the door. The beast then bust through the stone doors and flew out the stain glass window and out into the world.

"I'll destroy you, whatever the sacrifice, whatever the cost. I will destroy you." Conner said as the forever knights watched the beast fly away.

Today Ben was training as Gwen helped and Nova watched.

"I mean it's great to have the omnitrix and all, but there might come a time when it's not enough, gotta expand my repertoire." He said as he punched the punching bag that Gwen was holding down for him.

"Your repertoire?" Gwen asked.

"Yeah! That's seavate and this is karate." He said as he kicked and punched the bag.

"I know Ben, I taught it to you." Gwen said.

"Yeah, well here's some good all marquis of Queens bre boxing!" He said and Gwen and Nova either sighed or rolled their eyes, the Nova grabbed the bag and pushed it towards him knocking him over and she laughed.

"Good idea, Headbutt!" Ben said rushing into it but Nova stopped him by grabbing his head.

"Not that way you idiot, use this." She said, poking her head.

"My head, but that's what I was gonna do until you stopped me." He said.

"Oh my stars. How about this, fight me." She said.

"What why?" He asked.

"Just do it. Gwen if you will." She said.

"Alright, but I don't wanna hurt you." He said as they both got into fighting positions.
