Ah! I just woke up after a nightmare. Hi, I'm Axel I'm a small brown horse. About a year ago, I won a ribbon for the best-looking horse. After that my petting zoo got really popular. Everyone wanted to see me, this was new for me especially since I'm only a pony. Some kids come by me and make fun of me because I'm puny. But it doesn't get to me. On Fridays the workers let the kids come in and pet me it does get a little bit annoying because some kids will hit me for fun. I have no way to tell the workers because I don't speak this thing called "French"? Every day at exactly 12:00 pm, they feed me! I love feeding time, I eat so much I almost throw up.
Penny was here with me. I think the workers know that I and Penny are my BFF. We have been friends forever as long as I can remember at least. Penny went to the fair to try out for the best pig! She didn't do too well. Penny got 2nd. I thought that was awesome for her, she didn't think so. Her owner kept arguing with everyone saying "C'est une porc stupide. Nous devons la tuer". She cried for 2 days straight all the kids were worried. Her owner hated that all the kids were trying to cheer her up. I even almost hit Penny's owner but that would have gotten me in trouble.
Today as usual we are having the kids come into our pens and come and pet us. There is always this one kid who makes fun of us. I want to do something like "accidentally" kicking him. But no one is going to fall for it. I was waiting for everyone to come rolling in and there was this beautiful human she was wearing this stunning dress. Yes, I know I'm a horse I shouldn't be liking a human like that but I thought about trying to be friends with her.
When she came over she had a brush (you can purchase those at the front). She said "Viens ici cheval, je veux te brosser." when I heard that I was kind of excited I haven't been brushed in a few weeks. I did a little smile and she actually smiled back. "Penny," I said. "Yes?" she said curiously. "Come here, and meet this sweet little girl." Then the girl comes over to penny and starts rubbing her tummy. Then the girl fainted.
