Okay, I have to apologise for my absence. I've been busy finding a job, then got a job and I have let my writing slack. So I am trying to sort my time out. And I will be updating my Damon/Charlie fanfic first. Then I will be starting this. I'm back, and I'm feeling inspired to write. I promise to try and get my writing back on track.

On the outside Scarlett seems like any normal sixteen-year-old girl. On the inside she’s hiding a dark secret... a secret no one knows yet, not even her father. Her life has never been easy. Her mum died giving birth to her and her dad’s inability to keep a job meant she’s had to move around a lot. Now in Denver, she’s hoping once again for a new start. Little does she know that this town will change her life forever. Kol Mikaelson, insane, crazy and unstable, he’s spent 1000 years killing and tormenting for fun. But when he meets Scarlett, he starts to have memories of a girl he’d once known and a life he’d almost forgotten. All these years later, the now twisted and cruel vampire is drawn to this young naive girl… but Scarlett has no idea why.
