Arthit and Artemisia shared the same confused look over their little faces. Their little mouths were sown together in a pout as their lower lips bulged outwards and the eyebrows knitted. They were on their mother's lap as they stared at their father who looked stressed about some unknown matter.

"Pa-pa!" The two raised their arms in the air, puffing their cheeks. Their language of saying: "Pick me up."

But because Tae still seemed to be drowning himself in his thoughts, the two babies decided to take matters into their on hands. They struggled off Kana's lap and the couch, trotting like baby penguins toards Tae and pulled at his pants. As Tae returned to reality, he cast his eyes to the floor and found his kids glaring at him with attention-seeking teary eyes.

"My princess finally remembers me when your dada is gone, huh?" Tae teased Artemisia, helping the two to climb up. The little girl gave him a cheeky smile and cuddled into his smoothe tummy.

As the silence fell back into it's place, three people in the room sensed the tension. They stared at the cause of it, as if waiting for the one to talk. But not a single voice uttered a word.

"Tae, is something bothering you?" Kana frowned, not liking how his husbands seemed to be hiding something from him. Although, what he clearly hated more was how fragile whatever the matter the two seemed to be hiding from him. He stared into his husband's eyes, trying to search for the littlest of hints and all he found was worry, or anger, or irritation, maybe all of it. But most importantly, the emotion Tae's eyes held: sensitivity.

That was a rather unusual expression to be seen on his face.

What could he be worried about so much?

Did something terrible happen?

Could someone have messed with their bussiness?

Did the meeting not go good?

Kana had too many querries in his head. He did not know how to adress the topic, for he was not sure of the topic himself.

"Love, tell me. Please? Even the kids can see you're stressed." Kana moved to sit on Tae's lap, the two kids climbing on them.

Tae smiled at him weekly. "Nothing, baby. Just this and that. Don't worry your pretty head with it."

Kana's frown only worsened on those words. "It's surely not nothing', Darvid. Something bad has happened. Why can't you tell me? It's not like I gossip." He put Arthit and Artemisia on the floor, eyeing a huse-help near by to take them for a while.

"You and Mew are hiding something from me. I know of it. But Mew's gone for now, I can't ask him. So, you better confess before I dig the matter and then both your graves. Because I am perfectly capable of bringing up our kids all by myself."

Tae shook his head with a little laugh. His eyes creased in adoration just as his lips. "You're a good detective, Mr. Park. Somethig happened today at my office when Mew came."

"And what was it?" Kana wrapped his arms around Tae's head and back simply because the man looked like he could use some intimacy.

Tae nuzzled deeper into the warmth. He breathed out a patch of heavy air. "I don't think I can say it. Can we wait for Mew to return and let him tell you?" Kana softly nodded his head. I wonder what is so sensitive.

"Alright. Do you want me to get the kids to sleep with us?" Kana offered.

Well, I don't know if your father is planning on steeling you three from us. Tae tightened his grip around Kana. "Yes, please."
