(about 20 minutes later)

"What if we are too late..." Balloon Boy asked himself as they reached the building. Foxy sensed Balloon Boys worry, and attempted to assure him that Marionette was fine, but to tell the truth he was not so sure himself. Every step was painful, every inch closer was another thought of what could be awaiting them inside. Balloon Boy slowly opened the door to the small building in the center of junk yard.

"Please let Mari be okay. Please let Mari be okay...." Balloon Boy whispered to himself as he entered the dark room. Foxy flipped on the lights. The lights only seemed to work in this part of the building, some pats of the hallway, and the bathroom. After looking around a bit, Balloon Boy recognized this room as the entry room, complete with a reception desk. Foxy and Balloon Boy continued to search every room for Marionette, and with every empty room their hope grew thinner and thinner.

There was only one more room to check... It was at the darkest portion of the hallway. The room had a large door with the words "Spare Parts" painted on it. Balloon Boy slowly opened the door, afraid of what he might see inside. What he saw was more then anything he could imagine...

In the room there were boxes of nuts and bolts, spare sheet metal, and a huge present box. Not just any present box, but Marionette's.

"Mari..." Balloon Boy said under his breath as he walked up to the box. He closed his eyes as he opened the box... then silence. Balloon Boy opened his eyes to see nothing in the box except for a crumpled piece of paper. With tears in his eyes, Balloon Boy took the piece of paper and unfolded it. Inside was a picture of him and Mari holding hands, only Marionette had a single tear streaming out the corner of his left eye. Below there was writing that said:

Dear BB,

I know you will probably never read this, but I want you to know something... I am afraid... not of the death I may be receiving soon, but the fact I will never see you again... The truth is... I love you. Before I met you, I never knew what it felt like to smile for no reason... I should have told you sooner, because no matter how much you scream or shout, once your gone you never get another chance. If you find this, please... please don't cry for me... I will always be there in your heart.

-Mari

Balloon Boy couldn't take it any more, he held the letter reading it over and over. Tears made there way down his cheek and dripped onto the paper. He didn't try to stop them...

"I love you too..."
