Chapter 6

Hiccup lead me to the main hall where his father sat in the back. I was hesitant. He looked my way, "y/n? Your alive! It was the biggest mistake to banish you. I'm sorry for any pain I may have caused, of course Hiccup told you about your father." He mumbled the last part.

"Actually no, but where is he I have to see him it's been so long!"

This time it was hiccup who spoke, "you see when we made peace with the dragons, your father went to find you, and... he never returned."

I froze, did that mean my father was dead. I was alone, link more family. My knees gave in and hiccup caught me before I hit the floor. He looked at my face as tears welled finding the cold hard truth that when I left, I hated my father. I never said bye. I don't even remember the last thing I said to him. Hiccup grasped my back and waist pulling me into a floor. I fell limp in his arms. With sheer pain both mentally and physically bursting in waves through my body. I cried. Well, not exactly, instead of curling up and making whimpering noises I just fell limp water running down the side of my face. He wiped the tears away. "Don't cry anymore," hiccup said.

"I lost 5 years of my life, I lost 5 years with you, and now I can't be with you again. I want a reason why I shouldn't be crying," I whispered. How do I manage to say the most amazing things when I'm crying.

So it was said that I was to stay with hiccup and his dad untill I decided to go back to my teacher. She would be amazed by this place. Where dragons and humans got along side by side. I was so grateful to be back.

The time had come for me to get my teacher I planned on bringing her back to berk. I'm sure she wouldn't mind a vacation. I hopped on d/n and flew to the icy castle. Trying tricks on the way. I couldn't wait to show valka the new berk.

"Valka!" I yelled as I ran through the caverns. "To your left y/n,"

I turned towards her voice. "Do you trust me enough to go on a surprise vacation?"

"Ok I'll try it, do I get to meet you friend?"

"Yes."

"Then sure, I'll come."

"This is great! Come on!" I pulled her out of the door and to d/n where I had her sit down she had cloud jumper follow us and I made sure her eyes were closed all the way to berk.
