Chapter 9

"Astrid!" you called after her. You walked to hiccup.
"What happ-"
Hiccup kissed you. Your eyes wide. you were too surprised to kiss back so he disconnected, "I understand, it's been a long time."
And he ran off.
You we're so confused, what the hell was happening today?! You walked to (d/n) and she flew.

I laid down on her back and looked up to the sky. It all started to become clear. Hiccup must have told Astrid that he was breaking up with her to go back to me. That's why Astrid was mad at me. Then when he Tried to show me how much he still cares for me- oh crap.
"Oh Thor! (d/n) we have to get back! I have to explain!"
She took off for hiccups house, landing next to toothless. They babbled at each other then turned to me. I slipped off (d/n) and looked into toothlesses eyes, "where is he?"
Toothless understood and walked into the house, up the stairs and into hiccups room. He was on his bed sleeping back to the door. I walked around the bed so I could see his face. A little wet spot was under his cheek and his cheek was slightly wet. I laid next to him and wiped off his cheek. I snuggled up under his chin. I felt him stir and a strong arm wrap around me to take me closer to him. I breathed in the smell of pine trees that came off his- Chest!- oh dear thor.
