Silently, Ben walked into the kitchen, leaning against the wall. "What are you doing?"

Careful not to tumble from the chair she was standing on, Miranda turned. "I know you put them up there where I can't reach."

"Put what where, my love?" She pointed to the cabinet. He just helped her down as she glared, making him smile. "You're cute as shit, but I don't know what you're talking about."

"I won't eat them all," she promised, grinning now. "Just lemme get a few."

"No. Your addiction to Skittles stops today."
