Even she fell in love with the way her heels clack, clack, clacked on the floor. And how her hips sway, sway, swayed.
A patient sat up in his bed, staring. Over her shoulder, she instructed him to lay back.
"Dr. Bailey," an intern called out, hurrying over. His body brushed hers and he apologized. She looked up at his flushed face.
"Continue."
Later, with an aching foot pulled into her hands, someone knocked on her office door. "Come in." A colleague entered, spotted her and began grinning. He stopped, mesmerized. "Now what do you want?" she asked, intrigued.
