"y/n im sleepy.." Flora said clearly tired.
"It's alright Flora. Ill take you to bed."I said.
"You remember where my room is, right?" She asked.
"Of course I do." I told her sweetly.
She then stopped walking and looked up at me. She then grabbed my hand.
"Can you please carry me? I'm just really exhausted and sleepy." She asked me.
I paused for a moment and I gave her a small laugh.
"Do you really think I can carry you? You are getting tall!" I told her.
She giggled for a short period of time and laid her head on me.
"Mrs.Grose says I'm adult size now." She said.
"You sure are! Cmon let's get you to bed."
She jumped up on me and I held her. She was surprisingly really light. I walked down the hallway and to her room. The door was open and I set her on the bed. She then threw the covers over herself and laid down.
"I had the best time with you today." She told me.
My heart melted right there.
At that moment.
"I had so much fun with you today Flora. And a good thing about tomorrow is that we can do it all over again." I said softly.
"Will you be my friend?" She asked.
"Friend? I'll be your best friend Flora!" I said.
"Really?" She asked in amazement.
"Really really." I said.
"Yay! I haven't had a best friend in a while. I haven't even had a normal friend in ages." She said to me.
I wrapped my arms around her and gave her a big hug. She hugged back. I pulled away and she let out a long yawn.
"Goodnight y/n..." she said to me sleepily.
"Goodnight Flora."
I then stood back up and turned off her light.
"I love you." She told me.
I paused.
I haven't heard that in ages.
She is the sweetest.
"I love you too Flora." I said back.
"Sweet dreams."

After I shut the door I walked till I got to my room. I opened the door and immediately went to my desk. I pulled out a pen and an old, dusty chapter book and flipped to a random page.
The page I got to was 156 and I began to sketch.
I tend to have a habit of drawing in boring books. I think it adds a bit more pretty look to my art. By the time I finished drawing it was about 11:00 pm. I opened the drawer at the edge of the desk and plopped my pen and book inside. I closed it and walked towards my new bed. I leaped onto it and turned off the lamp on my bedside table. I cuddled up under the covers and closed my eyes.
