The stars. The most mysterious things known to man. But the stars are also the only thing that can give us knowledge of the future. With magical help.
As a little girl I grew up admiring the stars. Much like the rest of the people in my village. Though the studied Astronomy. The analytics of the stars. But I studied Oracle Magic. Astrology. The future within the stars. Even though the field was forbidden hundreds of years ago I can't help but be fascinated by what problems knowing the future could fix. For years I studied alone in the village Observatory. Reading the stars and the prophecies that they foretell. But then one day I had seen a future I wished I didn't. My village would be hit by a Falling Star and be destroyed. Nobody would believe me. Even if they did they would lock me away for using forbidden magic. So I left the village without telling anybody. And I left my wings behind. Becoming an Oracle Witch.
For centuries I wandered until I came across a witch with long pink hair. She claimed to be a friend and led me to a place where I could practice Oracle Magic in peace. A coven called NeverWrath. I quickly became the leader of the Oracle Division and even met and brought to NeverWrath the future leader of the Hunting Division. But I never got over what happened to my village and why I didn't even try to tell my people of their inevitable doom. It didn't matter much anymore because I don't predict my friends leaving me anytime soon.
2 months later
I woke up in the middle of an alleyway confused. I stood up with my legs weak and shaking. I tried to walk and find my way but I kept tripping. Then, I felt somebody put their hand on my shoulder. "You okay there honey?" A female voice asked. I looked behind me and saw a woman with white hair and.....fox ears. "Yes. I'm just disoriented and dizzy," I said. "Let me help you up. I'll get you somewhere so you can sit down," The woman said. "Thank you. I'm Athena," I said. "I'm Nina," The woman said. I smiled.
Nina found a bench and I sat down to rest. "So. Why were you in that alleyway?" Nina said. "Well i'm a witch. And there was a spell gone wrong that me and my friends got zapped into that ended up with me appearing here," I explained. Nina didn't freak out like I thought she would. "I see. I believe you if you think I don't. One of my daughters is a witch. Though she lost her powers when she escaped the underworld," Nina said. "Human witches. The most incompetent in my humble opinion. Fallen fae tend to have a bit more self-control before doing something that might end up in us losing our magic," I said. "I won't tell her you said that," Nina said. I smiled. "Let me guess you're gonna try and look for your friends," Nina said. "Yes. I must find them so we may return home," I said. "Well I have a few magical friends that can help," Nina said. "Then what are we standing around for?" I asked. Nina started walking and I followed.
