Along came a storm

Still standing by the window I sigh heavily i still feel emotionally numb. I take a hit off my vape tasting the raspberry lemonade flavour that fills my taste buds. I exhale the smoke watching the sky outside. The rain pouring down as it has been for a while now. I huff in slight bordem as I decide to crash for the night noting thats its 10:00pm from the clock on the coffee table. I flop onto the couch exhausted screw it ill sleep here i'm to lazy to walk to the bedroom right now anyway. I let sleep take over my mind drifting away into a nightmare filled sleep as always.

Spider's P.O.V.

Holding my sniper's rifle I adjust the scope to zoom in on my target.
He will be dead before he ever knows what hit him. I chuckle to myself silently as I pull the trigger the bullet going through the polititions skull as blood splatters onto the red curtains and the marble stage floor. The crowd screams in sheer fear and panic. I quickly pack my gun away safely as I quickly flee the scene. I took the shot from a different building shot him through the window of course. Now making my way through a dark alley way I keep walking rather calmly as not to alert anyone there seems to be a commotion from the people in the alley way just having herd the gunshot. I pretend to be curious and cautious like everyone else in the alley way. Finally I reach my car getting in I start the engine and calmly drive out of the alley and into the street. I drive around watching the lights of sighns and street lights on my way as I make my way back to report to H.Q.
I pull into the private indoor parking lot. I grab the gun i had packed away walking through the metal door. I make my way to the elevator. Slipping inside I greet one of my colleaguges with a slight nod. None of us are friends here. If you make friends you might just watch them die one day. however is it curtious to at least greet one another occasionally in passing each other.

Silence fills the elevator as we wait for our floors. Finally the elevator stops on my floor. I exit it swiftly walking through the hallway. Finally i greet My boss. I debrief him on how the mission went. I took apart the gun i used and desposed of it properly.

Nala's P.O.V.

I awake from a loud sound outside it made my apartment shake. For a moment my ears were ringing. Then another loud thundering sound goes off outside. I can hear people screaming in terror. So me being either very brave or stupid as some would say, in a panic i decide to look out my window it was then i knew the sounds i have been hearing were explosions of grenades going off in various areas some on the streets and others off in the distance . I watched as people on the streets scream in fear and terror trying to run away from These blurs of what i could tell were other beings they moved too fast to be werewolves. I saw the beings attack the innocent people biting into them draining their bodys of blood. Some where just brutal and disgusting tearing limbs off and mutilating people. The creatures i have now identified as Vampires blur by with how fast they moved. one building was blown up right before my very eyes. Although it was very far away i could still see it, the building was crumbling in on itself smoke coming from it as the shock wave destroyed every thing around it. . I watched in horror at the scene before me. I dont have a clue what i should do in this situation. All i knew in that moment was i had to go check on my best friend she could be in danger. I dart around my apartment grabbing my bag and my pocket knife from the coffee table putting it in my pants pocket. Quickly i run out the door down part of the hallway stopping in front of mariah's apartment. Her door laid ajar, the apartment completely trashed and the door itself hanging off the hinges partially . "She must have gone outside!" I panic as run through the hallway and out the door. My foot steps beating against the pavement, my breath comes out ragged and uneven as i run as fast as i can go i look around wildly trying to see if shes around but i dont see her any were. making sure to stay in the shadows i take the back alley ways to avoid confrentation with any vampires. I hide behind one of the dumpsters for a moment tears fill my vision as i am currently internally panicing.

making sure the coast is clear before i keep moving. I dig my hand into my pants pocket and take out my Silver pocket knife. I look around taking note of the Crimson main st. Buildings and stores around me but i couldn't seem to focus on anything in particular.

" were is she!, why cant i find her! Dont tell me shes ......."

" No she isn't she's probably just found a place to hide some were."

"what happened to her apartment, a vampire didn't get to her did it!"

" were the fuck are you mariah! Dammit please be okay."

My own thoughts were too sufficating at the moment so i decided to focus on finding her and attempting to get us to safety.
