𝐓𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐒𝐃𝐀𝐘, 𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 𝟖𝐓𝐇.

Attempt I think number 3 of trying to ask y/n to the dance. If someone interrupts me again, I'm going to bang my head against a wall.

Like always, I'm going to check if she is at her locker.

Not even surprised, she is probably skippin' first period like always. Wait- I didn't even see her walk to school today, and  in the morning usually I see her walkin' to school. Did she come to school today or is she going to be late?

Or is she just avoiding me..?

"Hey Robin, quick question." Finney said.

"Hm." Robin said.

"What's going on between you and y/n? Are you mad at her?" Finney asked.

"Huh? I'm not mad at her. Wait, does she think I'm mad at her?" Robin questioned.

"Not sure. Yesterday when I talked to her after you walked away she didn't seem to think that you were mad at her. You should probably talk to her though." Finney said.

"I have not seen her at all today." Robin said in an annoyed tone.

"Is she avoiding you..?" Finney asked.

"I asked myself the same thing. I don't know.. I feel like she is and isn't at the same time." Robin groaned.

"You're probably overthinking. She maybe skipped school, or is sick." Finney said.

"Sick? If she is sick, how am I goin' to ask her to the dance." Robin panicked.

"I'm not saying she is, I'm just saying why you might've not seen her today." Finney said.

"Oh." Robin said.

"I would go to her house and ask her over there if I were you." Finney mentioned.

"Yo, would that actually work? What her if mom answers the door?" Robin said while getting excited.

"Saw her house while walking to school this morning and her mom's car wasn't there. She even one time told me that her mom works from 7AM-7PM." Finney said.

"Oh shit.. I got a chance." Robin said excitedly.

"This the best opportunity you got to ask her to the dance, don't waste time and get to the point when she answers the door. You're free."

*Finney left the locker room*

This really is the best opportunity I have. Her mom isn't home, and nobody is there to interrupt me for the 4th time? This is going to be a good day.

This is it. It's time to ask her out. What if someone or something interrupts me, what if she says no, what if she is already going with someone, what if-

I'm overthinking this.

I just need to focus and not waste time, Just like Finn said.

"Robin? Why are you here it's pouring out." y/n said.

"I need to ask you something." Robin said.

"Is this what you were going to ask during school? What is it?" y/n asked.

*Robin sighed.*
