Momoi Airi is a child who is considered ugly by her own family. Because of that, her family decided to lock her up inside the basement. But one day, May 25, EC 887, she was found by her younger brother : Momoi Minako.

Minako was considered beautiful and nice by his family, unlike airi. On the same day Airi was found, minako defy his parent's words just for his older sister's sake.

After a few minutes, airi was given the permission to explore the outside world after being locked up for years. Exploring in the woods, the two siblings bumped into a light blue haired girl. Airi apologized at the girl and stand up with the help of Minako.

After seeing the girl she bumped into, she fell in love. While minako is smiling happily. The light blue haired girl later introduced herself as Hinomori Shizuku. Later on, the three became friends.

At the age of 19, minako was Betrothed to shizuku. Airi who heard this became upset and maddened with jealousy. Shizuku who also heard this was sad and decided to plot something.

At the night of the wedding, later called as dancehall night, airi refused to talk to her brother. Meanwhile minako is trying to talk to his older sister, trying to figure out why she is mad.

Later, shizuku arrived at the party while wearing a beautiful dress and half of her hair tied to the side. Minako only blushed at the sight, while airi just frowned badly.

"She's beautiful, isn't she, sister?" Minako mentioned, making airi even more irritated than before. "Yes. Yes. She sure is."

Airi then went to shizuku to talk to her. "Hey, shizu—" her words were cutted off by a gasp. Airi stayed quiet for a second and when she tried to talk again her words were cutted off with shizuku's anger.

"Shut up...please.." shizuku whispered, later she let out an inaudible whisper "shizu..are you alright?—" airi tried speaking to her friend "Don't talk to me, airi! You may be hurt with my words but you look so ugly! So ugly that I'm disgusted! Really!. I'm so sorry about it. But it's the truth." Shizuku screamed, publicly humiliating her own friend.

Airi gasped at the words and let out a tear. "Sister, let's go home." Shizuku said as she left the party with guilt starting to build inside her.

Minako who saw the incident felt bad for his older sister, and so he went to airi and tried comforting her. Airi was still shocked by the words, having no clue why her own dearest friend said such a thing.

"Hey, sister...you alright?.." minako said with a low tone, Airi suddenly grabbed a knife near her and stabbed her own brother. Her eyes looks dead. "...sister?...why are you?..."

Airi went on a rampage at the party, killing her entire family, the guests. She felt empty. She looks so dead. Suddenly a tear developed in her eyes. Airi started laughing quietly "....hehe..what have I done?" She wondered.

Suddenly there was a noise behind her. It was a mage. "My, my...you must be momoi airi, aren't you?" The mage says. Airi frowned "what do you want" she said, the mage just giggled "ah, nothing. I heard today is your brother's wedding, hm? Where is he?"

Airi stayed quiet at the question. "Don't worry, child. Just call me I.R, I have a gift for you." The mage added, airi then stand up and took her brother's clothing. "We shouldn't stay here no longer." Airi said, the mage smirked.

At the Momoi Manor, near the fireplace, Airi was given the venom sword by I.R. She later used it to change her identity.

"From now on... I'll be known as Momoi Minako." Airi said quietly while I.R just smirked.

A beginning to the End is all we know.
