"This isn't fair I don't want to move away from here." Maya kept telling her mother. "It's for your good." Her mother said to her sitting in front of Maya.
"No, it's not you taking everything from me," Maya yelled at her mother getting up from the couch.
"No, I'm not sweetie." Maya's Mother said. "Yes! Your making me leave everything behind, my friends, my school, my boyfriend." Maya said to her mother.
"We can't start fresh, new friends, new school, you could even get a boyfriend you always get what you want one way or another." Maya's mother said to her making Maya scoff.
"This isn't what I can get that easily it's about how you're taking me away from the only place where I have memories with my dad," Maya said to her mother and looked down.
"I know but it's better this way." Maya's mother said making Maya shed tears.
"No, it's not! Ever since dad died you've made my life a nightmare. When that day happened you made my life miserable you stopped caring for me you think it's my fault what happened to him." Maya said to her mom in tears.
"No that's not true." Her mother said to her.
"Yes, it is. Every night you've come home drunk and yelled at me saying it's my fault you literally beat the shit out of me and yet I act all tough about it but really I am not and it hurts me a lot but I don't wanna live like this anymore." Maya said to her mom placing her hands on her face.
"You see this is the reason I want to leave and get out of here so we can live happily," Lorelai said to her daughter.
"No," Maya said to her mom making her mother look at her.
"No?" Lorelai said to her daughter confused.
"No. I'm leaving and your staying I can't be in the same house as you not anymore." Maya said to her mother making her frown.
"Where are you going? And with you are you planning to stay with me?" Lorelai asked Maya concerned.
"The only person I can stay with," Maya said to her mom while wiping the tears away.
