Chapter 9: Introductions Yay?!

Just then a hand opened the door and the duster came down on a bunch of silver hair.

Yami p.o.v

As the dust cleared we saw a lazy looking jounin standing in the doorway looking at the duster that was now laying on the floor in defeat. It was pretty funny actually. Too bad his hair is white and Naruto didn't think of using coloured dust. Lazy man. That's what I am going to call him from now on. Anyway, lazy man bent over and picked up the duster while Bubble gum head was apologizing to lazy man and trying to get herself out of it when we all knew that inside she actually thought it was funny. Emo-duck was just glaring at nothing even harder because he just got proved wrong.

Naruto was rolling on the floor trying to contain his laughter while I just stared blankly into space. Lazy man deadpanned at us. "My first impression of you four are...you're all a bunch of idiots." Even his voice sounded lazy. "Well speak for yourself lazy man." I muttered under my breath but he must have heard me because he looked at me with that one lazy eye. Yes, one. His other eye as well as the rest of his face was covered with a mask. Haha I am wearing my hood over my face so he can't see me so ha take that lazy man. "Well, does it look like I care lazy man?" I muttered quietly so only he could hear. He turned his head slightly and gave me a cold hard stare, probably for ruining his 'cool' entry. "Alright then, let's all go to the roof shall we?" And with that he disappeared in a puff of smoke. I grinned under my hood. everyone else groaned and headed towards the stairs, except Naruto. "Hey Yami-chan, aren't you coming?" I looked up at him and gave him an almost invisible closed eye smile but he saw it. "See you guys on the roof!" I started performing the same hand signs as the albino and was about to teleport away when I heard Sasuke mutter under his breath." You're a sadist aren't you?" I grinned deviously. "yep!" I poofed away afterwards.

Yami p.o.v

We are now sitting on the rooftop. Sakura and Sasuke on the sides while Naruro is in the middle and I, being as awesome as I am, am sitting on the rail next to silver headed lazy man. " Okay, lets starts with some introductions." He told us camly. Bubblegum, just had to ask how to introduce ourselves and that he should go first. I have to admit, the last bit actually caught my interest. He seemed mysteriously calm when they suggested that.

cat ninja huh? This outta be interesting. I tuned out the rest of the introductions until it came to my turn. I looked at the team while my eyes flashed dangerously as a sly smirk made its way onto my face. "Alright my turn, my name is Yami and you have no right to know anything else about me except I suggest you don't bother me to much unless you want to be sent to the hospital early."

Everyone's mouths were hanging open at my speech. Well, everyone except the emo ducky and lazy man. " Woah, at least kakashi-sensei told us his full name and we know what he looks like!" I stared at him."And?" He seemed shocked that I could hear him. He said nothing.

I took this as a chance to make my dramatic leave. I leaned back on the railing and lifted my legs up high. "What are you doing!?" I heard an annoying high pitched voice shriek. I mentally rolled my eyes and slipped off the rail. I heard a couple of gasps along with a scream and something hitting the floor. I flipped over and landed in a crouching position on the ground with a thud.

I looked up at my team on the roof and stood. A giant gust of wind blew and team 7 had to shield their faces. I ran onto the rooftops and disappeared. As I was running I heard some on yell out to me. "Come to the training ground 2 at 6:00! Oh, and miss out on breakfast!" Yeah right , no way am I missing out on breakfast! I jumped from one rooftop into a forest.

As I was heading north something filled my nose. Something mettalic. I knew what it was instantly. Blood. I rushed towards the smell and reached a clearing in the forest. Lying in the middle of the clearing was a small fox with a deep cut going from its left leg to its collarbone. A low growl escaped from my throat as I rushed over to the injured fox. The fox flinched and tried to scramble away but I quickly rubbed its fluffy forehead while whispering to it. "Shhh, it's going to be okay. Don't worry I don't bite." The orrange bundle of fur soon relaxed and I set to work trying to heal it. I raised one of my hands to its wound while my other hand was carefully stroking its tail. I made a couple of one handed jutsu signs and whispered a few words. "Sky dragons divine healing." My hand glowed a deep blue and I gently touched the area where it was wounded and a wave of blue washed over the gash. As the light faded away its cut was gone. Not even a scar was left. The fox bounded out of my arms and danced around in front of me. I giggled to myself. It reminded me so much of Naruto. "Do you have a name little one?" It shook its head. "No miss." You see, because of what I've learnt over the years I have developed a strong bond with nature. This allows me to understand what animals are saying. So basically, I can talk to animals and they can talk to me. "I know, how about I give you a name?" The orange fox's tail swished happily. "Sure miss!" I tilted my head towards the sky as I thought for a bit. I clasped my hands together and looked down at him. "How about Honō?" "I love it. What's your name miss?" "Me, my name is Yami. Nice to meet you." The fox looked around for a bit before jumping to its feet. "I'm sorry Miss Yami but I have to go something bad is coming!" Honō's ears went flat against his head as his tail was soon tucked between his legs. I nodded and got up too. "Yeah, maybe we'll see each other around. I can sense someone approaching so I should get going. Bye Honō-chan, see you later!" I waved as I bounded off.
