Carried by the wind

Tighnari POV:

I opened my eyes and slowly sat up, stretching my sore legs. Cyno was still napping, so I tried to be as quiet as I could while crawling off the bed. I had no clothes on still and had noticed I was no longer female, which is a good thing. I grabbed some clothes and put them on, then limping my way back to the bed to sit. I reached over and grabbed my phone off the charger.

-2 missed calls from 'Collei'-

I sighed, dialing her number to call her back, but for some reason getting no answer. Eventually I gave up and decided to scroll on TikTok until she called again.
About half an hour later my phone rang and I answered.
"Hey this is Amber, could you come to the Favonius. I'm afraid Collei might've-"
"What happened?"
"She may have sprained her ankle? Only slightly! I promise she'll heal quickly"
"I'll take a look at it myself, give me a few minutes"
I quickly wrote a note for Cyno, so he knew where I'd be, and rushed out the door, ignoring the pain in my legs. When I arrived, a tall woman with blue hair stood in front of the Favonius headquarters.
"Are you Tighnari?"
"Yes?"
"Come in"
I followed her inside to see Collei. Amber stood beside her, her heart beating a little worried.
"Thanks Eula, you're the best!"
"No problem"
Amber was really good at covering up her worry, if I couldn't hear her heart, I would've never known. I walked up to Collei who sat on a chair with her left leg propped up. I gently examined her ankle, it was swollen.
"As you said, it's only sprained.. should be better in a few days"
Once I had stopped focusing, I noticed how noisy it was. So many footsteps and loud talking, I was so overwhelmed at the many sounds that I didn't even realize one of them. Two warm arms wrapped around me from the back, leaving me a little startled.
"Sorry, didn't mean to scare you Nari"
I turned and saw Cyno's handsome face looking back at me, without even thinking I felt a smile appear on my face.
"Ahem! Hello??? Earth to the homos!!! I asked if you could hand Collei that crutch right there"
"Amber relax"
Eula walked behind us and grabbed the crutch, giving it to Collei and helping her up.
"Make sure you let it heal kiddo"
"Will do, Miss Lawrence!"
We walked to the hotel, constantly checking to see if Collei had her balance.

-next morning-

It was only 6 in the morning, yet Amber was already at the door wide awake. I got out of bed and let her in. Instantly she ran to awake Collei.
"Good Morning! How'd you sleep Collei?"
Collei sat up and rubbed her eyes, she clearly didn't understand a word that was being spoken to her.
"Huh?"
"Today, I was planning on taking you wind gliding! You don't need your crutch when you're in the air, wait..do you remember how to glide?"
"Ummm noo?"
"Piece of cake! I'll just reteach you!"
"Alrighty"
Cyno pulled the blanket off of himself and got out of bed to get dressed, as did I.
Once everyone was ready, we left to find a nice place for Collei and Amber to glide.

-they find a good spot ???-

"Okie dokie! So, just put the glider on like this.. anddd then you jump off the cliff and let the wind catch you!"
"What?! No way! Collei's gonna get hurt! What if it doesn't work?!"
"Nari, she'll be fine"
"Yup! See Master! And 1...2...3..!"
She jumped off the cliff and I rushed to the edge to see her.
"Coming Collei!"
Amber jumped off too and started gliding down. Were they fearless or something? Ugh whatever I could careless, atleast the gliders work.
"You don't have a gliding license do you Nari?"
"No, do you?"
"Yeah I got one my last trip here, I have an idea"
He put on the wind glider and then picked me up, holding onto me tightly he jumped off the edge. Fine, maybe I screamed once or twice, but that's not the point! It was actually fun for some terrifying reason.
"Landed safely, see Nari?"
"Mhm"
Collei and Amber began to start walking, so we followed a little behind.
Finally arriving back at Mondstadt city at sunset, we returned to our room to rest, for tomorrow we would be leaving for Sumeru.
