~|Lloyd's POV|~

It was the end of the day, and we finally finished rebuilding the monastery. I thanked and sent my regards to the people that came and participated in restoring the place.

I heard Cole speaking to the other ninja about, inventing- erh investing-I don't know what they were saying. I was more focused on getting inside the monastery.

I walked in and made my way down the hallway to my bedroom. I was one of the few ninja that got a bathroom connect to the room itself. I sighed. I was tired and covered in dirt from all that work.

I closed the bathroom door after I strolled in. I turned the shower on to a warm temperature I could handle. I took my GI off and hopped in. The water felt good against my skin. Damn, how long was it since I took a shower. What was it, like a week? Egh- I got kidnapped, jumped off an evil temple with Harumi, reunited with my friends..... Could have been 2 weeks or something. I was stuck in that temple for 3 days.

I finished my shower, towel dried myself, and got into my striped pj's. My bedroom was "luckily" above the explosion when the monastery was robbed for the golden weapons. So, everything I used to do my hair with was gone. Okay.... Maybe I've spent too much time with Kai on this one. But nothing can go wrong with nicely done up hair.

The warm water made me drowsyer than I was before. I lied down into bed to take a quick nap before dinner.

....

Did not....

Did too....

DID NOT....

DID TOO....

I groaned when I heard muffled yelling, probably coming from the lounge. I was about to drift of to dreamland 'til they started barking at eachother. Grabbing a pillow and placing it over my head, I tried going back to sleep, but they just got louder. Growing irritated, I got up to see what the commotion was.

"What in the name of noodles is this!?" I heard someone yell after I walked out of my room, closing the door after myself.

I saw Zane walking out of the lounge as I drew closer. I also noticed Harumi standing in the hallway facing the room. Probably watching the commotion. What was she doing here? I never invited her in.

"Hello, Lloyd." Zane greeted me, while strolling by.

"Hi." I said tiredly. Not really bothered to be starting a conversation.

I stopped a few feet beside Harumi. Skylor was scolding Kai when I turned towards them. The TV was on multiplayer split screen on a videogame, I assume it was Prime Empire. Were Jay and Kai fighting over that game again? I swear, every time I hear a fight break out between the two, it's always over a videogame they were playing.

I turned my head to be greeted with a pair of blue eyes. Harumi noticed I was standing beside her. Her face paint was slightly smudged, paint was on her hands and a little on her face from painting the walls. And she had a small amount of dirt scattered on her clothes.

"Ah, Lloyd! Just in time for dinner."

I looked back over to Skylor. Before I could acknowledge her, she had already turned back to scold Kai. I gave a dirty look to the guys and walked towards the kitchen.

I felt another presence behind me. Heh.... Probably Harumi. She's being fairly quiet at the moment. I wonder what she's thinking right now. When I'm quiet, I'm usually thinking.

I grabbed two plates when I got to the kitchen. Ooh... Skylor made noodles. The guys and I love her cooking. What am I thinking? She owns a noodle empire. Chen's Noodle House is so underrated.

"Thank you, Lloyd." I heard Rumi say when I gave her a plate of food.

Rumi? Why am I using her old nickname in my head? Am I going insane or something? Maybe I'm just overtired. It's been a long day.

I smiled and nodded at her as I walked to the table. She sat on the opposite side of the table from me. We ate in silence, enjoying each other's company.

"So.... Harumi." I finally spoke up. "Did one of the guys invite you to stay with us?"

She looked back up from her food.

"Uh-.. yea. Cole told me he talked to the others about it."

So that was what they were talking about. Investing? Cole has never talked to anyone about investing. Speaking of savoring money, I should start keeping hold of the money Wu gives us. Spending it on candy really isn't the smartest thing. Even though my love for sugar hasn't changed since i was ten. Mm... Cotton candy.

"Oh, so that's what Cole was talking about to the others." I replied before taking another bite of my noodles.

"Yea... It was like he read my mind. I pretty much owe you guys now..... I didn't want to live on the streets." Harumi gave me a smile as she said.

"Are you two in a date or something? Why are you eating without us?" Kai smirked walking in. Clearly proud of what he said.

"WHAT?!" I heard Nya scream. She looks as if she was about to attack Harumi. I knew Nya held grudges, but one like this?

Jay jumped infront of the water ninja, holding her still.

"MOVE JAY!! IM GOING TO GIVE HER A PIECE OF MY MIND!!"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, Nya, chilax. Harumi isn't doing anything wrong.

Everyone in the room looked at Nya, putting our guards up. Jay picked the girl up, taking her somewhere else to cool off.

"JAY! Put me down! I'm not finished with her!" Nya yelped at Jay.

"Actually let's end a fight that hasn't even started yet. Calm down Nya.... Don't let anger cloud you." I listened Jay as he walked away with Nya on his shoulder.

"Well this was an ironic evening." I mumbled under my breath.

Everyone sat down, with a plate full of food in hand. I finished eating my food while Jay walked away with Nya.

"Maybe I can finally get a good night's rest." I murmured at a distance the guys couldn't hear. After washing my plate, I tiredly walked to my room. Ready to go back to dreamland.
