Last time
I first walked to the Big House, wrote a note to Chiron, knocked on his door, put the note on the door and ran all the way to Thalia's pine tree. I put my hand against the hard bark one last time and said,
"Goodbye Camp-Half Blood."
Now
Percy PoV
As I walked towards the bottom of Half-Blood Hill, I hailed a cab.
"Upper East Side." I said to the cabbie. He nodded and took me there.
"Where you going kid?" the cab driver asked me as we entered Manhattan. "I'm going home after a summer camp. I don't wanna talk about it though." I responded to the cabbie. "Alright, sorry kid."
As we pulled up to the building, I thanked the driver and paid him. I got in the elevator and hit the button. As I rode up, I was trying to contain my excitement. I was seeing my mother after so long! I couldn't wait to see her, and Paul! As the elevator reached their floor, I took in a deep breath and walked towards our door. I knocked and waited.
"Coming!" said a sweet, feminine voice from the door. It opened to my dear mother.
"Percy!" She said. "It's been so long! Get in here mister!" I smiled at her and stepped in. As I did so, the smell of cookies filled my nose. "Cookies?" I asked. She nodded. "Blue?" "Of course, Percy!" she said. I smiled and ran to the kitchen, where I saw Paul and my little sister, Estelle, eating them all up.
"Percy!" Paul said. "Hey Paul. Been a while huh?" I said, with a weak smile on my face. "Understatement. Cookie?" he said, his mouth full or cookie. "Yea!" I said, grabbing one.
Estelle finally turned around and asked mom "Mommy, who is this?" "It's your big brother Estelle."
She looked at me for a minute. Panic ran through my mind, it seemed to be the longest minute ever. Finally, she got off her chair and ran at me. "Big Bubba!!" she said, and hugged me with so much force, I almost fell over. That's a joke. I laughed and said, "Hey Estelle!"
"Estelle, why don't you go in your room for some time? Me and Paul need to talk to Percy for some time." Mom said.
"Ok mommy!" she said and ran into her room. Paul, Mom, and I walked to the couch and sat down.
"So Percy, care to explain where you have been for the past year or so?" My mom said.
"Well..."

"Wow. That is a lot to take in Percy. Are you ok?" Mom said, after hearing all about what happened in the giant war and afterwards.
"Yeah, I'm still trying to get over all the deaths and obviously, what's been going on at camp." I said. Mom looked at Paul, who slightly nodded. They turned back to me with sadness in their eyes
"Well Percy, that sounds terrible, but we have some news for you." Mom said. What's going on? What is this bad news they are talking about? A thousand thoughts ran through my mind, showing the worst-case scenarios.
"We have decided to move to Alaska. It's land beyond the gods, so we can raise Estelle there in peace..." My heart shattered at those words. They didn't want to be near me. Or the gods. My face must have been so heartbroken because mom then said, "Don't be sad, you can always visit?" but she said it as more of a question rather than a statement.
I then just looked at her and ran out the door. No goodbye, no nothing. I heard her saying my name, but I didn't care anymore. I ran down, and out the door of the building. I ran all the way to the Empire State and barged through the doors. I ran toward the receptionist's desk and said "Can I have the key to the 600th floor?" I said.
"No such thing ki-" I cut him off by uncapping and holding Riptide to his neck. "Are you sure about that bud? I can always just-" "OK, OK, Here's the key! Just don't hurt me please!" he said, tossing the key at me. I catch and say "Thanks." Then walked towards the elevator. As I got in, I groaned to myself at the stupid music. If you like pina coladas, and getting caught in the rain...

I reached the top and raced towards the throne room, ignoring all the architecture and people staring at me.
I barged through the doors and saw only Hestia, tending to the hearth as usual. "Hello Percy." She said. "Lady Hestia. Can you call the rest of the Olympians?"
She looked at me confused before nodding and sending a huge flame into the air. All the gods flashed in and looked towards Hestia in confusion.
"Why have you called this meeting Hestia?" Zeus said, looking towards Hestia, who was getting on their throne. She pointed towards me, and said, "He asked me to call this meeting."
"Well, what do you have to say, Son of Posiedon?" asked Zeus
I took a deep breath and said,
"I wish for death."
And that's a wrap! Sorry for the cliffie, but I can't think of anything else without revealing so much. Sorry for the short chapter as well, same reason more or less. Vote, Comment, Follow, and whatever else. I would appreciate any feedback you for me in the comments. Thanks, and have a great day. Bye! <3 (Disclaimer- I don't own the Percy Jackson Franchise.)
