"Oh look. One step behind us real mystery-solvers. Per usual." Skip says as the group arrives at the store seeing the Funky Phantom Crew.
"Just ignore them. And let's look around for clues." Fred says as the group looks around. As Alexis is looking around she notices Skip come up to beside her.
"So you're not actually part of their group?" Skip asks curiously.
"I'm Daphne's cousin. I'm only visiting. Not that I don't enjoy a good mystery which is why I agreed to tag along." Alexis says as she looks at a book.
"You do seem more tolerable than those friends of yours." Skip says as Alexis gives an annoyed look.
"Excuse me? I'm not interested in your little turf wars." Alexis says annoyedly.
"But you're helping them aren't you?" Skip asks.
"Mind your own business will you? You don't like us and we don't like you. Leave it there because unlike my friends I have nothing to gain from arguing with you. Besides I'll be heading back home to my boring hometown soon anyway and go back to being lonely. I wanna enjoy this time while I can. Watch out!" Alexis says as she pulls skip out of the way of sword.
"Eh.. thanks." Skip says as everyone looks at Funky Phantom.
"Hey you guys need to keep your crazy re-enactment grandpa from destroying my store." A man says.
"You guys know anything about all the zombie ghosts that have been showing up around here?" Skip asks as the group goes up to the two men behind the counter.
"Well they've been seen at many other monuments." A man says.
"Oh it's been terrible for business. It's scaring away the tourists. The ghosts are just looking for a little peace." The other man says.
"Ebb believes in ghosts. I don't." The other mans says.
"Exactly. Ghosts aren't real. What would somebody real want on this battlefield?" Velma asks.
"Now hold on. It could be ghosts don't you know?" Funky Phantom asks before the two groups begin arguing.
"Oh boy. They sure are arguing." Shaggy says.
"I wish we could get along with each other." Alexis says.
"Us too." Scooby says as Alexis begins looking around again before Scooby whistles getting everyone's attention.
"Like dudes. We just saw the ghost of Abraham Lincoln." Shaggy says as he gestures to a painting.
"It's just a painting." Velma says.
"Are you guys sure you saw something?" Alexis asks.
"Positive." Scooby says.
"You kids is in way over your heads." Ebb says.
"Yeah. That's what I said." Skip says.
"All these ghosts have been bad for business. Driving away the tourists. You don't wanna be snooping around here at night. Especially out by Rocky Top. That's where them ghosts seem to congregate." Ebb says.
"Rocky Top huh?" Fred asks.
"You don't say..." Augie says before the two groups quickly run out to their vehicles and head off to the next location.
