Kind Affection (Law x Reader) 'Modern AU'

Chapter 1

Since I remember,I've been always lonely,but it was fine cause I liked being alone,I like my solitude,I filled this hole in my heart by staying in my room all day,playing the piano or studying,and also playing games on my pc,I found ways to keep myself busy,shutting everyone out and not being a very sociable person.

I suddenly heard a knock on my door

"Honey are you in?" my mom called

"yes mom what's wrong?" 

she opened the door and came in "Look Y/n,this is so sudden but we gotta move to another City"

I looked at her with a smile "Fine by me"

"Thanks for being understanding,pack your things honey we're leaving tomorrow" and she left my room

"It's not like I have anything to stay here for" I murmured to myself

I stood up,carefully thinking about what should I pack in first,started by organizing my outfits and clothes in a box,took out my marker and wrote "clothes" on the box and put it aside,same gone for everything in my room

I walked downstairs and called for my mom "Mom?"

"yes hon?"

"what should I do with my PC and the Piano?"

"hmmm,do you have the packages they came in with?"

"I do yes,I'll put them in them thanks"

she smiled at me as I walked upstairs again and took out the boxes from the Attic

carefully putting my piano in the box,I put the box aside and went for my PC,seperating the pieces and the wires,putting them carefully in the box alongside the other parts of the PC.

"I guess I'm done"

Tomorrow morning

my mom woke me up in 5 AM

"Honey?wake up" she said

"what's wrong mom?" I opened one eye

"The truck is here,we gotta put our things in that and start moving"

"Oh okey" I groaned as I sat down on my bed,rubbing my eyes

"Good,I'll see you downstairs" and with that,she left

I started getting ready,something very comfortable and cute at the same time 

Grabbing some boxes,I walked downstairs and put them in front of the door,and swiftly got back and brought some more boxes

as we finished putting all the boxes inside the truck,my mom locked the door and we got into the car

I was happy about leaving this town,the weather was always sunny and I hated it,my mom told me the place were going is cloudy most of the time,with some rain sometimes,the perfect weather for my taste (sorry if you don't like cloudy weather TwT)

it was a long ride and I fell asleep while listening to my favorite music

"Oh already?" I rubbed my eyes

"You've been asleep for 6 hours,so yes,already" she chuckled

I gave out a nervous laugh and took a look out of the window "Wow" was all I said
