I opened my eyes,sunlight coming through the crack of my window's curtain,I frowned in annoyance,luckily I only had one class today and it was in 10:00 to 12:00 AM

taking my phone,I checked the time to see it was 8:46 and I got up quickly to get ready for university

I got to my class on time for once,and sat down in the first row,after a while Ace entered the class and sat down beside me

"Ayo Y/n" he said with a smile

"ready for tonight?" he smirked

"yes sir" I teased back

"btw the party's theme is masquerade"

"I don't have that kind of dresses!" I groaned

"no worries,Oyaji thought about it before and prepared a really good dress for ya,we can see it after class"

"oh my god,he really didn't have to..." I was happy but also worried at the same time cause I didn't want others to pay for unnecessary things for me

class came to an end in the flash of an eye,and Ace stood up,looking at me "let's go,you gotta get ready"

I packed my stuff and walked behind him "is it really fine that pops spend money for my dress?I mean... buying a dress is not cheap" I asked worriedly

"are you serious Y/n? don't say that infront of oyaji or he'll get mad,he sees you as his daughter,literally" Ace said with a frown

"you're right,but still it's not something I'm used to you know?"

"yeah I know,it's fine,if you wanna repay him just wear that dress and wear a smile,I'm sure that's all he wants" Ace smiled

I smiled back "hum" and nodded my head

we reached the newgate's household after a while of driving,opening the door,me and ace walked towards oyaji's room

Sabo,Luffy and Marco has joined as well,greeting me in the front door

"pops has been talking about you none-stop Y/n" Sabo smiled

"oh?am I that famous now?" I chuckled

"he seems to see you as his daughter,the one he never had so be ready to get spoiled by him-yoi" Marco replied

we reached oyaji's room and I knocked on his door

as we entered,his eyes lit up at the sight "oy y/n my dear,come come" he smiled

"so I heard you guys are going to a party tonight,is that right?"

"YES OYAJI I TOLD YOU" Ace exclaimed

"gurarara,I know Ace,anyways,lets go to the other room"
