I wanted to ask Rosalyn about the incident that happened yesterday, but I couldn't bear to.

It was out first official date and I didn't want to ruin it for both of us.

I had fun, but Rosalyn probably had more fun. She smiled and laughed a lot. It was enough to make me happy, honestly.

She was so pretty, smiling and laughing about my jokes. We talked about many things, grabbed lunch and even watched a movie.

I've never seen her this happy.

"Hey William?" Rosalyn asked, twirling her straw in the cup.

"Mhmm?" I murmured, chewing on my spaghetti.

"Do you mind if I had an ex-boyfriend? If I had one, would you mind?" She said, nervously, biting her bottom lips.

I swallowed my spaghetti and thought hard.

"Not really." I replied.

"Why?" Rosalyn asked, surprised.

"Because, all that matters now is you and me," I smiled, "And I believe you'll tell me if you have one."

"I will, now, let's eat!" She said, digging her fork into the plate of food.

I laughed.
