Rosalyn's POV

[5 DAYS LATER]

I'm still here, at the hospital, taking care of William. There's still 2 more days to be with him before Mrs Stum is back.

I've been coming to the hospital everyday, after school, reading to him the headlines of newspaper articles and some notes from classes. But he still hasn't wake up.

"William, why are you still sleeping? There's so much more to do then sleep." I told him in a teasing tone.

I stifled a yawn, eyelids growing heavy. I left the room to get a cup of coffee.

I watched as the machine dispensed my coffee. I checked my phone, replying the bombs of message Mandy sent. Oh lord, she's crazy over Richard Feign, who asked her out on a date. I sniggered at how anxious she was acting.

I took my coffee out from the machine and a message flashed on my screen. This time, it wasn't Mandy, it was Mrs Stum. Her message reads:

"Rosalyn dear,
I'm back from my overseas trip. I'll be over in a minute to take care of William. See you later!"

A part of me felt happy, yet another felt sad. I can't describe this... this... felling...

I made my way back to William's ward. When I entered, a mix of happiness, surprise and shock filled me.

William was siting up on the bed, staring at me, "where am I? And who are you?"
