Hardwork and Courage pays off

Chapter 7
As the whole dauntless was training, we also were doing some training. At the start of the day we met some more initiates, I met this girl named DawnMarie, we met when i saw her needing help with her training so I invited her to tonight's training session with my other friends, she happily accepted. Right now we were throwing knives at targets. I was doing really well but hiccup couldn't even hit the target then seth realized he was weak so he went over to him. "Looks like you need more knives, why dont you get them" seth said "wait....you mean while they're throwing" hiccup said then seth nods "I cant do that what if i get impaled" hiccup said "are you scared" seth said "yeah, i mean a little" hiccup said then seth glares at him "go stand in front of the target" seth said then he tells Four to come here and throw knives at hiccup but the catch is that he can't flinch. As Four was about to throw the knife, i did the unthinkable.........

......I stood up to him......
......"WAIT!! Going in front of a target while being thrown knives at, doesn't prove anything" i said without thinking "then it should be easy for you to take his spot" Seth said then I exchanged spots with him. At first I was scared what would happen then I realized that if im dauntless then i need to have courage so the knives were going at me one by one and so far I didn't flinch, but the last one the two agreed to give me a cut then i was wounded on the ear. "Okay stiff you get extra points for courage but that doesn't mean I can deduct you of points, ok dismissed" seth said then i went to Four "you cut me""you should be watch it, he wasn't going to let you leave without a scratch" he said "so am I supposed to thank you""no you're supposed to be smart" he said then i took his advice and left. When i went to the room, everyone congratulated me for standing up to seth even molly who was actually happy then peter said "hey congrats but um looks like your old faction is be accused for well having divergents and they committed a crime, um did they really raise you like that" then i walked away and thought about it, what are they doing, what's happening and what's going to happen, more and all those questions were going around my head. I wonder......
