Wednesday opened her eyes and lifted her body, sitting up on her bed. The gloomy girl rubbed her eyes and looked over at her roommate, who was asleep, snoring.

The Black-eyed girl stood up and grabbed her nice clothes, before heading to the shower. She undressed again, this time avoiding the sight of her hands. She showered, awaiting her roommate.

I woke up to find Wednesday showering. I went to my private bathroom and brushed my teeth, daydreaming about someone. I'm not sure why I'm thinking about her, she's just on my mind so much, I don't know how to stop... I finish brushing my teeth and go shower. Wednesday should be done by now. Wait, why am I thinking about Wednesday?!

After their showers, the girls sat on their mattresses, Enid on her phone, and Wednesday just blankly sat there.

Both girls were bored. Wednesday though, couldn't get her mind off of Enid. She kept thinking about the rainbow girl. Why? Wednesday herself doesn't even know. She just stuck there, for an unknown reason, and now all Wednesday does is daydream about her friend.

Enid, on the other hand: again kept glancing at Wednesday, her void-filled eyes, you could just get sucked into them. Enid felt her eyes stuck on Wednesday like sticky candy.

''Wednesday... Do you want to watch a movie?'' Enid asked, looking at her roommate.

''Hm. I suppose we could. But later today, if that's possible. I have a lot of work to do, and we can watch it in the evening. It has to be horror, though.'' The gloomy girl addressed, glancing back at her roommate.

''Ugh, fine!'' Enid grunted, pouting after.

Wednesday gathered her book bag and left the dorm, going to the school's library. She returned the books and checked in new ones, you could call her a bookworm. The girl was on her way to the Weathervane, but something caught her eye. It was Eugene.
''Wednesday! Wednesday!'' Eugene spat out, clearly out of breath from sprinting.
''Oh, hello, Eugene.'' She replied, turning to face him.
''I need help... In hive three! The Queen... We need a new one!'' Eugene spoke between breaths.
''Let's go.'' Wednesday replied, heading towards the hive.

Wednesday returned to the dorm, exhausted. She put her bookbag on her table. Wednesday went into the bathroom to take another shower, as the hot water soothed her. 30 minutes surpass and she watched as he roommate is dying of boredom. She wanted to torture her by waiting, but for some reason didn't.

''Enid, we can watch the movie now, if you'd like.'' Wednesday informed, walking over to Enid's side.

Enid's eyes lit up as her dark friend sat down next to her. She opened her laptop to reveal 'It'. The so-called scary movie. 30 minutes in Enid grabbed onto Wednesday's arm, frightened at the jump scare. Wednesday noticed and hid a small blush, she wasn't used to this.

''Enid get off.''  The void-eyed girl said softly, moving her hand a little.

Enid released Wednesday's arm, but after what felt like 2 minutes, she sunk into Wednesday's waist, hiding her face from the jumpscare. Wednesday lightly flinched at her sudden movements, then her heart started to beat faster, as well as she felt sickened to her stomach, but not the bad kind.

'' I can't believe I'm going to do this.'' Wednesday whispered under her breath and carefully placed her arms back in their original places, one on Enid.

She's not sure why, but she did. Wednesday felt red to the face. It's her first time allowing a girl to snuggle her, let alone Enid. And to be honest, it doesn't feel so bad. Of course, Wednesday won't admit it.

After a little while, Enid felt her eyes getting heavy and didn't move from her current position. Wednesday noticed, so she carefully stood up, shut Enid's laptop, and proceeded to put it on her nightstand.

As Wednesday was walking away, she felt a tug on her shirt. It was Enid, looking at her.
''Stay'' Enid said softly, looking into Wednesday's eyes.

The dark, gloomy girl sighed and went back into bed. She tucked Enid then herself in, and Enid sunk into Wednesday again.
''Tell anyone and your heart will no longer beat, Sinclair.'' Wednesday threatened, before placing her hand on Enid's waist. That was uncalled for. Enid was fast asleep, not so long after, Wednesday felt her own eyes heavy.
