Shiro and Space

The rescue of Shiro the hover bike debacle and finally the big blue cat. I was stressed by the time we met the princess I was only thinking of a way to ease the tension of my new familia. Hunks anxiety was rising, I needed to cap Pidges excitement levels although the way I flew blue probably didn't help that matter. Keith looked a little pale and Shiro seemed to be struggling to keep himself together. So I flirted considering that I am bi probably didn't help the image of me. But it calmed everyone down. Although we received translator devices I turned mine off after the first twenty minutes of talking and started speaking Altean not that anyone would notice for a while. My body hurt and I was finding it hard to breathe. So when the chance to get back into blue occurred I was relieved. Blue felt like the water as if I was deep in the ocean playing deep within the sea at peace.
Getting changed into our outfits was hard hunk was the only one I was comfortable to see me without a shirt. The scars and tattoos terrified most people and the fact that part of my skin where open flaps like gills situated where the collar of my shirt rest. That and I had scales on my leg they weren't noticeable because out of water they blended to the colour of my skin. I need to moisturise otherwise my skin would literally harden and crack painfully. After helping hunk, get yellow and the others got there lions, kieth literally stole his from the Galra,Pidge's from deep within the forest. Hunks big boy from under a mountain with a multitude of Galra soldiers. The training began bonding with our lions bonding with each other. killer fighting the monster that Shiro had fought in the ring. A robobeast. We left the planet. I started to sleep in Blue rather than my bedroom provided to me by Allura. I couldn't breathe in my room I was in constant pain saving Coran hadn't helped the matters my body needed salt water playing with the shower water didn't help. Shiro had noticed that something was wrong. I think Hunk did too but I couldn't focus on that finally I begged Allura for any information on a place to swim on the ship. After swimming in the pool I finally fell asleep beside it my hand rested in the water while the rest of my body was out that is how the team found me asleep beside the pool. Let's just say it freaked Pidge out.
After yelling at me about how dangerous it was I told her that I'm Cuban we are taught how to float while sleeping that there was never any danger and that I had slept in the ocean before on a net on the back of a boat half my body inside the water. This freaked the team out until hunk admitted he had done a few things very similar. Being from Hawaii life in the ocean was pretty similar to Cuba.
Kieth and Shiro looked at us crazy I was just glad that no one had asked about my Scars Hunk was the only one who knew where they were from although I'm glad that HE was a cheater so I didn't have to tell mum what he was doing to me for her to leave Him. (Paul the stepfather. ) Until Pidge who seeming to have gotten over her shock asked "what's with the whip scars..."
Of course that all it took. I was now examined and inspected. I'm glad that I had semi dried otherwise my legs would have looked blue,green the colour my scales changed to when I was in the water.
I closed my eyes and ignored there questions trying to breathe my lungs constantly constricting and expanding I started to count but it wasn't working
Pidge kept rattling of observations " what's with the stab wound and is that a bullet wound, that looks like a bite and that looks like a bottle wound." I tried to pass them and grab a shirt but Shiro blocked me I snapped "MOVE. Or would you like to talk about your stay with the Galra." I grabbed my top and glared at Keith who was still blocking my way I snared like a caged animal. Pidge and Allura backed away as I revealed my fangs. Keith stared at me straight in the eyes. "What happened to you." I closed my eyes I knew they were starting to glow and the tattoos covering my body could be I seen. I was surprised that no one had commented on them. I took one breathe "shitty step-father, now get out of the way." He continued to stand there in front me. "What more do you want to know."
