When lance woke up the next morning it was by the sound of an alarm. He quickly shoved on his Armour  and ran down to the main deck getting there before hunk and Pidge but just after kieth. His skin was itchy his throat dry and his gills ached. I haven't had an opportunity to go swim in the pool the last to days and he felt it. Pain as if he was being grated by sand paper and ants where crawling over him. He looked at Shiro before approaching him slowly he told him about his skin condition right maybe they would let him take of the armour and apply cream to the particular bad places.
" ummm Shiro could I ummm" Shiro seem to understand maybe it was because I was itching certain areas of my body maybe is was the uncomfortable look I had on my face he sent me a smile.
"Meet us in the training room in an hour." Relief from his understanding I quickly dispersed to my room grabbing my lotion I stripped out of my armour and stated lathering on my lotion paying special mins to my legs and arms they where the area that dried out the quickest my legs especially than I would have to peel of my scales and I definitely didn't want to have to endure that.
Relief sweet relief my skin no longer itches and aches. I quickly rejoin the group at the training room.

"Alright team" commanded Shiro "where going to do something a little different today where going to compare abilities and strengths in physical mental training. Where going to start with a workout using weights similar to what you did in the cadet gym than we're going to do a multiplication test and a programming test. From their we are going to do a agility and flexibility test, as well as a speed test. Then we are going to do a reflex and pattern recognition test. Finally ending with an endurance test. Alright Team let's start."
Hunk went first in the strength or workout test you had to do push up, pull ups, weight sleds and bench presses. Hunk started of going nice and easy he quickly pushed out 200 push ups 90 pull ups a he on the weight slead he started of with 10kg before adding 20kg more then another 30kg he did this for about 300m before giving a time out sign after resting he made his way to the bench press they started of light before stopping and 150kg and letting him bench a strong 85 of them. When he was done he sat and fell back laying down.
"Hang on buddy, are you alright " I reach him quickly and touch his forehead and rush to get him some water. He was, Burning from overdoing it.
Next up was Shiro with his robot arm he had a much bigger advantage he quickly pushed out 500 push ups 275 pull ups Shiro left the 60kg than added another 20kg before pulling them about 500m dash he then proceeded to add another 20kg and doing it again. Shiro then sat down for a little on the bench before laying down he started off with the hundred and fifty kilograms before putting on another fifty than another than another than another he was then pressing out 180 presses at 300kg. Tied he called up Pidge next
Pidge only pushed out 50 push ups but she performed well doing 100 on the pull ups as for the slead she only did a 200 m dash pulling 90kg and only benched 50kg 50 times. Which was to be expected she was by far more of the sped and agile type as well as the small surprise she would get underneath the enemy and use her size and brain to her advantage give them a surprise attack. The slead was a surprise at least I knew she could pull me or Keith out of harms way at a decent speed so not to harm herself. I quickly added the Princess and Coran to the list I had mentally made in my head. Coran seemed to be taking notes for Shiro and watching the cameras I knew this was being recorded I was uncomfortable with that "Alright Keith your up" I was knocked out of my thoughts by Shiro's voice.
Keith did well  300 push up 250 pull ups he dragged the slead with 120 kg on it 500 m in a quick dash then he got to the bench presses he put on 200kg and pushed out a nice even 120
Then it was my turn
"Lance your up." Shiro's voice brought up a shudder
Ok I can do this I started on the push ups I didn't count I was just repeating to myself in Spanish up and down when my shoulders started to burn that's when I stopped I was surprised to see the number 400 on the screen I moved over to the pull ups up down up down I said to myself I kept going until my shoulders started to burn shrugging I ignored the screen what will be will be I walk over to the slead quickly adding another 100kg to it before doing a quick 800m dash before turning and adding another 50kg and doing another quick 300 m dash frowning I added another 50kg.
Shiro tapped me on the shoulder and shook his head. Knowing this meant that's enough I walked to the bench I stared at it. James had always hogged the bench with his bunch of cronies so I hadn't done it in a while so I left it at 200kg and started pressing realising it was much to light I add another 50 kg before allowing the exercise allow my mind to drift. I didn't hear Shiro until he walked over and took the weight out of my hands. I glanced up at noticing how the scar across his face brought out the strong defined line of his jaw and made his eyes look bigger. I quickly shook my head was Shiro my type of guy yes definitely but at that thought so was Keith. Yes I was into bad boy and tough guy types that had a vulnerable side. I also liked dark hair and eyes shaking my head again I sat up and looked over to my numbers ohh I over did it.
400 push ups
600 pull ups
270kg- 1.6 km weight slead
250kg - 450 benches
"Shit I over did it" I whisper I hadn't realised that I had done that I was just in the zone like I got just before a competition in boxing.
I look at everyone else the shock on the princess and Keith's face the smug grin on pidges as she collected money of Coran. Shit was my only thought
