MYSTERIOUS MAN

Jonathan looks at his watch getting impatient and pace back and forth, he is a man of punctuality and he don't like to wait.....he didn't like the fact that he has given the responsibility to welcome this new transfer officer on this city......

He once again looks at his watch and cursed, he didn't know why this new officer is late.....but he could care less if he did not arrived, he would be glad that at least he don't have to wait....

David looks at his impatient friend as he was sitting on the chair calmly, seeing his friend impatient he sign, "Jonathan could you just sit and wait....maybe because of traffic he was late"

"David, traffic won't take this long and haven't you seen the time, he is 1hour late and still haven't arrived yet...neither a phone call....what kind of officer do that and I'm started to doubt about his medal too....." Jonathan shook his head in disapproval.

"Calm down Jonathan, will you? You can't judge people like that and try to be patience okay and I know how impatience you are!" David said calmly trying hard to make him relax.....

Jonathan roll his eyes at his friend and rest his one hand on his hip and other on his forehead like he is in stress, "I'm not judging anyone David, it's just that he should know the time as a police officer that's all I'm saying and today I'm planning to buy a gift for my Angel".

David thinks for a moment before he speak, "why don't you go and buy her a gift? I can handle here"

Jonathan sign, he doesn't want to give him burden, David was always there whenever he needs him whether it is his family matter or his duty, he is always there to help him, no matter what that's why he can trust him blindly.....

"No David its okay, it's my responsibility and I'll do it, don't worry" he looks at his best friend and smile...

David nod, "I know Jonathan I'm just...." He was interrupted by the knock on the door.....they both look towards the open door where the one of their man was standing, "Sir sorry for the interruption but I'm here to inform you that the new officer Mr. knight has arrived and he is waiting outside ...should I let him in?"

They both nod their head before David speak, "Of course Darren let him in"

"Yes sir" he said quickly and left.......

Jonathan sign, "finally" and rest his both hand on his hip while David chuckle quietly.....Jonathan gave his friend a question look but David just shook his head still smiling. 

Minute later they heard another knock on the door....they both look towards the door and they saw a young man who look like in his mid twenties, with his huge built and  muscular  body wearing a police uniform was standing there. His blue eyes glow as he smile to both David and Jonathan and with much of politeness he asked, "May I come in sir?"

"You may young man" David smiles at him and gesture him to come inside...whereas Jonathan look at him with his stern eyes....trying to figure out the young man...

The man nod and came inside and stand in front of them...the man is taller than Jonathan and David, "sorry for being late Sir, I have got some personal emergency, so I couldn't make it on time"

Before David had chance to say anything, Jonathan speak ignoring his apology, "So you're the new officer"

The young man nods his head and raises his hand, "Yes Sir, my name is Logan mark knight and I'm the new transfer officer in here, nice to meet you Sir".

Jonathan didn't take his hand to shake instead he just stare at the Logan, and notice his tall height, his huge body and his skin which is neither tan nor pale white everything about this man look different almost unnatural, he couldn't figure out, but he know something is off about this man and he intend to find out soon.
