Waking up once again king reached across the bed looking to find helbram there but to his dismay, there was nothing but the fabric of the sheets. starting to panic slightly king sat up and got out of bed not realizing he didn't grab his hoodie, he went out of the room and into the living room but not seeing helbram he moved to the kitchen seeing the green-haired boy in sweatpants and his hoodie.
"is that my hoodie?" "is that my cardigan?" king looked at himself seeing he was wearing the other cardigan and shorts no shirt his top surgery scars showing. he yelped and quickly covered his chest.
"bade you don't need to do that" walking away from the kitchen counter helbram hugged king tight finding it actually kinda cute how panicky king got. "plus I already saw all of you the night before" the strawberry blonde went red in the face hiding in his partner's shoulder out of embarrassment.
"I hate you" "no you don't" "I'm gonna kill you again" "you'll have to wait another thousand years to get me back" king sighed in annoyance but when he lifted his head he was able to see the mark again and so he gently placed a kiss on the mark.
"you know if I could I would kiss these marks away" helbram held him a bit tighter and chuckled "there just birthmarks Luv it's okay it's not their scars" "still I can't help but get reminded of what I did" he sighed and in an effort to comfort king he just picked him up bridal style and took him back to the bedroom plopping him down and wrapping him up in a blanket.
" what are you doing?" "I was going to do breakfast in bed so I plopped you back and wrapped you up for comfort before we have to go" it was a sweet thought and honestly adorable so now wanting to be rude and not wanting to get up now that he was wrapped up king just huffed and with a putty face hid in the blankets. helbram burst out laughing at his partner's little pout as he patted his head and went back to the kitchen to finish the food.
After a good bit helbram returned to the bedroom seeing king now sitting up still wrapping up in the blanket and his cardigan it was adorable because he was still pouting and his hair was all messed up with bedhead.
"Heh you fall asleep again?" "I had no choice" he chuckled siting down and putting the tray on kings lab letting him get his arms out first. He leaned over placing a kiss to his temple.
"We have to leave and a few hours so I'm gonna get dressed" helbram got up going to get his suitcase from the other side of the room. Out of respect king didn't look over but it wasn't like it was anything he hadn't already seen. Over the years king had time to find new foods but let's be honest when something is made for someone you love it taste 10x better and that's how it was with the eggs helbram made or maybe it was just kings hang over. When finally finished he got out of bed to get dressed himself taking the cardigan off his wings fluttered open.
"Wow I knew you grew but not that much can't top the first king tho~" the mention of gloxinia made a small memory flash in kings mind of his old alie jubas and just how he Changed after the death of his thousand year lover he became cold and distant from the other sins but king never heard what happened to him or even if he's still alive.
"Speaking of I wonder how Judas is doing" he mumbled thinking aloud as he got dressed putting the cardigan back on since it was nice, hid his wings well and kept them warm.
"You just stole my cardigan didn't you" "yup... oh no I'm turning in to ban" helbram burst out laughing as he tried to put his shoes on.
"You haha!! You are not turning in to ban just because you stole my cardigan." He managed get out between laughter and coughing from laughing so hard. "Gods I love you... Hm harely?" He looked over to see a flustered king hiding himself behind the panel of the cardigan out of pure embarrassment. Yup it was still him in there and helbram still afraid dieing three times to kings hand, being reincarnated, and getting his memories back in a spicy moment he still loved him like he did all those years ago
