STRIKES happen when you are paired-up, but admins hear nothing about you within the deadline. Otherwise, exemptions happen if...
1.) You happen to have valid reasons.
2.) You set out yourself a date of deadline as a promise.
3.) You both communicate with the admins and to your partner.
A SPECIAL CASE IF: NONE OF THE PARTIES MADE THEIR TASKS, A STRIKE WON'T LIKELY HAPPEN.
Please, please, please... if you think the rules are 'quite' tight, then be sure to pair yourself when could use some spare time for reading your partner's work.
If not, do not make commitments.
