I think the idea of antag x protag is adorable so that's why I think it's 10. I also feel like Kokichi being a liar and Shuichi being a detective is a way to strengthen their relationship.

For example: Kokichi was very feeling very down and depressed (because we all feel like that sometimes) and Shuichi asked if he is okay. Kokichi lies saying he is feeling amazing and Shuichi can tell he is lying so he tries to comfort him.
