"mhm. Wait where's Paige?" Olivia pointed out. "great. she probably went off with Billy and Marcus," Chris said helping me up. "Wait, what about Marcus?" "No one cares about Marcus," Olivia said to James. "Yeah but-" "But nothing James. Just be quiet and let Chris take Ari to the nurse. We ran to the quickest door to lead outside and we went to the courtyard and found Chico and Marcus. oh great, what's new? Chico was holding a Marcus on the brick wall with one hand and on the other his knife.
"Your just a poster!" Is the first thing I hear when I walk in. "Hey isn't that your friend also? Are you going to do anything about it?" I heard a guy from the crowd asking. "Uhh no. I didn't start this and it's not my problem and who said we were friends to start?" friends... "You really think they will kick me out for killing a rat?" Chico spits out on him. Marcus is crazy for talking to Chico like that. He almost looked crazed-heroic version of himself back from the tower. He doesn't care what these people think of him just as he shows how much of an asshole Chico is.
"Go on then, kill me!" Marcus spits into Chio's face. "Show'em come on, come on, do it already!" he screams. I chuckle while watching for the next move. Some people were coming to see what was going on. If I was being honest, I was enjoying this a little. My smile dropped when I heard Lin's voice. "That's enough," his voice echoing throughout the court.
"Way to ruin the fun," James whispered to us. Chico noticed him and backed away from Marcus and dusted off his jacket acting all friendly. "Oh, I was just showing my new amigo around, see you are learning." oh give me a break. Lin just looked annoyed and left right after that. "Bullshit!" Olivia yells making the court echo a little. "Listen here, we're not finished with what we started so get some rest," Chico tried to hush Marcus by being nice. His neck is red from the blade of the knife. "I wanted to see that fight happen," I whispered. "Yeah me too, but hate it when this stuff happens. Master Lin gets in the way," Chris said annoyed. I look back at where the fight was where Marcus was looking over here. He looked breathless, his eyes with sorrow and anger beneath his skin. We locked eyes for a second then he saw Chris and ran off somewhere.
"He's so reckless it isn't funny," Olivia tells us. "Let's go," James said as he walked away through the doors. We walked through the doors looking for James and found him on the rooftop.

"Sorry, I'm late but ¿que bolá?"Chris said. "there you are, we've been looking for you," I inform him. "Well, you found me." James was looking at the buildings from a distance. "Hey, you okay?" "Hm? Oh yeah, yeah, I'm fine. Just needed to clear my head." After a while of silence, James grabs something from his bag. "So? Anyone wants a drink?" he said with a smirk. My smile dropped. He only drank when something happened like trying to get someone or thing off his mind. "James..." "What? Oh, you guys think... no I stole this from Lin's office to celebrate the return of Ari," he jumped down and walked closer to us. "I even brought extra cups just in case." "Alright, give that over," Olivia said smiling. "Hah. Miss. Diaz, would you care for a lovely drink?" I smiled. He always knew how to make me smile. "Not right now, James." "Okay." Billy came with Marcus and Paige later and Paige looked happy. "HEY! No one told me that we would have a party!" Billy yells as he entered. "There extra if you want some."
"Sweet, thanks, Ari. Hey Paige, do you have one?" "Sure." I was confused about what just happened because they don't talk that much. "How's your headache?"Chris asked so calmly with a soft smile. "I didn't have one it was just an excuse. But thank you." "Hey, Ari." shit did he hear me? "Oh hi, Marcus." "What's this all about?" "James thought it would be nice to celebrate the return of Ari," Chris answered his question for me. "oh. That's- nice." mhm. Something felt off about Marcus but I intended to ignore it for now.
"Hey, guys look." The sunset. It was a mixture of pink and orange. I always believed that when someone died, they make the sunset because every sunset is different and everyone is different. I don't know. sunsets. sunsets. Sunsets used to be one of Dylan's favorite things to watch and sunrise. He used to wake me up early in the morning to watch them. I never knew if he was dead or just missing. So when people would usually ask if I have any siblings I would say just one. I would wonder what would happen if mom never left, my dad didn't get re-married, and my brother ran away. And what he would be doing now if he was alive somewhere out there? I don't know, it's stupid I guess.
I wasn't feeling well so I said bye and grabbed a drink from Paige's hand. "Hey! You better give that back!"
