Trigger Warning: injuries, knifes, blood, surgery, death.
At 12 pm the nanny came to pick her up from school. She walked into the office and Evvy was sat there on a chair with a big cut on her head and a knee popped out. Her head was spinning, once she caught a glance of her nanny she went to stand up and almost collapsed. Maddie ran to Evvy and held her up, she sat her back down and went to the person in the office. She started shouting at her saying they should of called an ambulance it is child safety protocol. She rushed her into the car and drove straight to the hospital to the ER, after sitting and waiting for a while they got took to a room. She was assessed and was concussed, needed stitches for her head and her knee was popped out. She was admitted in outpatient, and her knee was popped back him she had a brace and crutches, then got her head stitched up. After she was done she went to see her dad, when she went in her dad was so worried he said "Darling! What happened?" She sat on the bed and said "The bullies again." She hugged her dad and he held her tight. Her dad said "If this school doesn't sort it out I will put in a complaint, sue the kids and school, move you it doesn't matter but this needs to be sorted out." she nodded and hugged him. She tried to do her home work but her head was spinning. She had enough. All she wanted was it all to stop.
Spencer got surgery arranged that day and also filed a complaint to Evvy's school. He listed all the injuries, the dates, the times, the extent, the names of the people who did it. He also sent emails and complaint to the parents of the children, since the school has never done anything about it than just talking to them but it continues. Spencer could remember the times that the nanny sent pictures of some of the injuries, and the times she refused to go into school, the times she just wanted to die. But every time she went in and got hurt more. The hospitals thought it was abuse but it was just beating up from other kids. They did nothing about it since it wasn't a high priority for some reason. She started being one of the regulars, almost everyone knew Evvy, Maddie and Spencer. Evvy missed being a regular little girl.
At 3 pm JJ was supposed to come pick Evvy up because Maddie had an appointment. When she didn't pick her up Maddie drove Evvy to the BAU with a bag with other things in. They went to the desk and got visitor badges, they got in the elevator and pressed the floor with the BAU department on it. They got out of the elevator and walked into the office space , she saw JJ up in the conference room and walked to her desk and sat down. She said "Maddie you need to go. I'm okay here auntie JJ is only over there. just go." They said there goodbyes and Maddie left. When they all came fluttering out of the conference room and Jj walked down to her desk Evvy spun around in the chair like some sort of movie villain. JJ said "Oh My God! Evvy what the hell happened?" Evvy said "Well the bullies again, dad's putting in another complaint." JJ looked her over and said "You need to transfer schools or something Evvy this is getting ridiculous." she nodded and started reading her book. Everyone was asking her if she was okay. but she said she was fine, she wasn't though this was a reoccurring thing. She had enough of all of this sometimes she just wanted to give up. She was with JJ until 5:30 pm then JJ dropped her off at the hospital with her father and at 7:30 pm Maddie picked her up.
When Evelyn was with Spencer he told her that he had a surgery tomorrow. So she was worried, but she just got ready for bed and went straight to bed. She woke up the next morning and got dressed into a blue skirt with a matching blazer and a white top and white boots. she went into the kitchen and Maddie braided her hair, she had breakfast and got her coat and bag. Then they left for school, she insisted on going into school even though everyone told her not to. She went into it and people were laughing at her calling her weak. Meanwhile, Spencer was getting prepped surgery an texting his daughter to make sure she was okay and telling her, he was getting prepped. She didn't text him back until Recess and she put 'Hi dad I'm good. I hope I can visit you later, I love you, good luck dad'. Evvy left to go to lesson and Spencer was still getting prepped for surgery. Evvy was in science she actually enjoyed science, they were learning about physic about the gravitational pull and the rations and stuff all of these things is what Evvy already knows and she enjoys them. Evvy did make it the full day in school, she hasn't in a very long time with all the bullying that has been going on. But during her lunch break, the bullies came over and said "Evvy your dead! I can't believe how weak you are! we will get you after school."
Meanwhile, Spencer was in surgery. The scalpel dragged down his abdomen they moved the skin apart and looked into it. They saw blood and started stitching up the organs and found the bleed they cauterised it. They tried to get rid of all the blood but it kept coming and coming. "Doctor Williams he has a young daughter. We have to try everything to save him." said a nurse. But it kept coming no matter what.
He is dying again? Is Evvy getting beat up again? Why is this happening to them? Can't they just been left alone?
