As you will have been able to see from the reports attached previously, 3094-A is a valuable asset, able to complete all missions assigned to him. Although due to the hostile nature of 3094-B the higher ups have refused to allow him to join any human squadron stating that "his abilities render him dangerous around most personnel" . I have already voiced my disagreements with this, most notably that the conditions required to "trigger" 3094-B into hostility are extremely unlikely to happen.
This was not regarded though, so I have decided to enroll him into the Zaktro Squadron due to the squad's heightened danger level. I believe that this is the best option.

3094-A has proven extremely capable when given correct orders, and is willing to work in a team. While I have had concerns about 3094-B I believe that Zaktro Squadron has more than enough manpower to subdue it until it can be sedated and transformed back, I will strongly consider your perspective.
