"Okay everyone!" Monika called out, which caught both you and Natsuki's attention.

"It's time to share poems!" you hear Monika command.

"My poem's in my bag" you sighed, "and I was actually starting to get comfortable here"

Natsuki goes quiet. "Can we do this again?" you hear her ask quietly.

"Of course" you smile at her as you stand up. You hold out a hand for Natsuki to grab onto to stand.

As Natsuki reaches her hand out Monika appears behind you.

"Y/N, would you mind showing me your poem?" she tilts her head and asks. She notices Natsuki on the floor reaching for your hand and they lock eyes.

"Oh, sorry was I interrupting something?" She smirks devilishly.

"N-No! Don't be stupid" Natsuki argues as she ignores your hand and stands up on her own, dusting off her skirt. She looks at you before she takes Parfait Girls back from you and walks over to Sayori.

Monika gives you a cheeky look.

"Don't even start Monika." You stop her before she begins to tease you. "My poem's in my bag"

Monika follows behind you as you reach into your bag.

"Here" you hand her the poem. In truth you'd spent about 10 minutes writing it at midnight last night so it was super rushed and you basically just wrote the first things that came to mind.

Monika's face immediately became unreadable as soon as she begin reading over poem. This face wasn't new to you. She also did this in the debate club sometimes when debating, it was her serious face.

"I like it" she says

"Really?" you say completely shocked.

"Well. It could be better but I'm just happy you actually wrote a poem."

"Really?" you say again.

Monika laughs. "You don't have to keep asking if I liked it. It's simple and to the point, I think it fits you"

"That sounds like an insult."

"It's not" she smiles brightly.

"You're such a headache..." you sigh

"Oh? Am I in your head that much?" she teases.

"Unfortunately yes, but not for good reasons" you scowled.

Monika laughed to herself then presented her poem to you, it was something far beyond the capabilities of your work, the gap was so big it was scary.

"Another good poem..."

"Don't be so downcast" she smiled.

"When I compare my work to this it's a little hard not to be."

Monika tried to cheer you up and then eventually rotated everyone around.

You went through both Yuri and Sayori who's poems were as good as they always were and then you got rotated to Natsuki.

"Hey"

...."Hey" Natsuki responded quietly, arms crossed and facing away from you.

The air is slightly awkward, you could tell from her expression she got embarrassed from Monika sneaking up on the two of you earlier.
