A word I say explain every day,

A word that I curse every night,

A word that defines who I am,

ADHD,

I have learnt to live with it,

I have learnt to deal with it,

I have learnt what it means,

ADHD,

One vowel,

Three consonants,

One phrase,

ADHD,

It's what I have,

It's what I control,

It's my condition,

ADHD,

My friends help me,

My friends know me,

My friends accept me who I am,

ADHD,

But some people don't know,

But some people don't care,

But some people lump me with the rest,

ADHD,

Four words,

One condition,

Attention Deficit,

Hyperactivity Disorder.
