Update (12/14/22):
As I'm sure everyone knows now, Yugo Asuma has graduated from NIJISANJI, without warning or even so much as a graduation stream.
For me, I had followed Noctyx since back in February when they were first announced, so something like this happening feels unreal. Things don't feel right at the moment, and I may need to take more time to digest everything that's happened since the beginning of December. I enjoyed writing these voicelines and it wouldn't be right to stop writing because of this.
Because of recent events topped by the looming finals I have to take, I'll take a short break from writing this series entirely, probably ending on Sunday, and after that I'll resume writing the stories for these characters and push out the next one in a few weeks (or months)' time. The character Yugo's profile will not be affected; however, after all existing changes have been implemented, no further updates will be made to it, and subsequent Livers beyond Iluna's thoughts about Yugo will also be locked behind a "????" questline.
There's a lot about this that I wanted to say, but as this is just a short notice, I'll keep it brief.
Noctyx will always be five members, no matter what. I'm sure everyone who's been a fan of NIJIEN up to now will always remember Noctyx as a group of five, and something like this wouldn't change our perception of it. Yugo, thank you for your hard work. I hope you'll be able to set things right in your timeline.
