Normal Attack: Performs 5 consecutive strikes. On a Charged Attack, Ike Eveland hits the enemy continuously up to four unique strikes and is granted one Talisman of Judgement per strike, which can stack up to four times. Each Talisman of Judgement gives Ike Eveland an extra boost of Elemental Mastery, and each Talisman of Judgement after the first stack also heals HP proportionate to Ike Eveland's Base HP. However, performing a Charged Attack with Ike Eveland will expend 25% more stamina compared to other characters. The Charged Attack animation can be canceled early.
Elemental Skill: Ike Eveland summons a tome and enacts an enchantment, creating an AoE field that increases allies' Hydro DMG and amplifies Hydro Reactions. The field also inflicts periodic Hydro DMG to enemies who step into it. The field lasts for 15 seconds.
Elemental Burst: Ike Eveland expends all current Talismans of Judgement on his person, healing everyone including himself 80% of his own HP. In addition, Ike Eveland will summon his tome, enacting an enchantment that places an isignia on one random enemy, damaging them instant Hydro DMG proportionate to Ike's HP. It will remain on the enemy's person for a duration of 10 seconds, applying constant Hydro.
ALT SPRINT: Ike Eveland cloaks himself in flowing water, allowing him to move rapidly across land while consuming Stamina. When he reappears, he applies the Wet status on nearby opponents. Like the ink forming words on a page, water will coalesce around his blade, infusing it with Hydro for 6 seconds.
