Ch. 3: Final Selection

[A/N: So, Eri's Blood Demon Art is been chosen (suggestions by @YamiHope39 and @Atoubizayed) but it may have to be changed to meet certain points that were asked for from me. And since it was a suggestion for a Blood Demon Art with her Quirk is part of it, it changed to be made sense. Here's what it can do.

Blood Demon Art: Time Manipulation - It allows Eri to manipulate the forces of time, and it can be used on humans and demons. It was created from the process of her demonization when the demon's blood was changing her, and her Quirk happened to be mixed into the process and forged her this Demon Art.

Currect Techniques

-Reverse Healing: Eri can reverse someone who had been injured to the point where they have uninjured. It can be a healing move that is useful for those who are hurt and badly injured.

-Time Freeze: Eri is able to freeze time completely, like hitting the pause button on a video, whenever she wants to and chooses whoever she wants to unfrozen by this. When used, the Blood Demon Art blasts around the area like how a shockwave does, stopping the people she froze from moving.

It was the next morning. Izuku and Tanjiro were both up as they put their clothes on as they were preparing to head to Final Selection. They both wore the same kimono Sakonji had to honor him.

After changing, they were eating breakfast when his father sat next to them.

"Father, what is it? Have you come to join us for breakfast before we head off for Final Selection?"

Sakonji was silent before speaking, "Even though I believed in you, I had no intention of sending you to Final Selection. I was fearful that you and Tanjiro could have died. But after slicing the boulder... you two have shown that you're remarkable children. So, I ask if you two are able to promise me one thing... please come back alive from Final Selection."

Izuku and Tanjiro didn't say anything until he hugged him.

"We promise. We will come back."

"...thank you." He said before getting up and heading to a cabinet. He opens it and pulls out two fox masks like the ones Sabito and Makomo had, but they were different. One had a red shaped sun on the right side with a blush on the cheeks while the other had a blue water waves on the right side while also having a blush on the cheeks.

"What are these?" Tanjiro asked as he received the mask with the red sun.

"There are called a 'warding mask'. I've charged them with a spell to protect you both from harm." Sakonji explained as he hands Izuku the blue water mask before giving the two a bind of red rope.

"Warding mask..." Izuku said as he looked at his. He puts the ropes on the mask before putting onto the side of his head while Tanjiro did the same.

The two finished before they equipped their swords and just as they were about to head out, Tanjiro turned to look at a still sleeping Nezuko, who hasn't woken up from two years of sleeping.

Izuku saw this and puts his hand on his shoulder.

"Hey. She's gonna be okay."

"*sigh* I hope so." He said before going over and taking his little sister's hand and placing it to his forehead. "Nezuko... I'm coming back here no matter what, all right?"

"Don't worry about your sister. I'll take good care of her while you're gone." Sakonji stated while placing some clean clothes that was in a bucket down.
