You woke up and felt energetic right away. You were such in a good mood. "Today's the day Y/N" you said to yourself. "Today's the day you're gonna ask out Wednesday" you said louder and slapped your hands on your face. You got under your bed and started to push it up and down. You did this a few times until it was 7.45am. You made yourself ready for the day and picked an extra nice outfit. Looking at yourself in the mirror, you made your way down to the class. On the way down you met Wednesday and Enid. "Morning Y/N!" Enid greeted "Looking extra good today.". You smiled and walked beside them. "I have a special occasion today." you said and adjusted your blazer. You waited for Wednesday to speak up, but she didn't. You wondered why, so you asked "Don't you wanna know Wednesday?". Silence. "Someone's in a bad mood" you huffed. Silence. "Okay" you awkwardly said.
Y'all arrived at the classroom. You saw Wednesday sitting on the left side, so you wanted to sit next to her. When you were about to sit down, she spoke up for the first time "Enid's sitting here." "Oh sorry..." you apologized and sat on the far right side. Enid sat down between you two and looked worried at you. "Why aren't you sitting besides Wednesday?" she whispered to you. You just shrugged your shoulder. You couldn't concentrate the whole time. 'Why is she being so weird to me?' you asked yourself after class. You were currently sitting alone on a bench, too lost in your thought. "Who's being weird to you?" someone asked and it was Xavier. "N-no one, don't worry." you answered. "Come on Y/N. You are so lost in thoughts. I know my bestie." he said. "Okay I guess..." you started "I wanted to ask her out today, but she's being cold. And not the cold everyone's getting. No. Especially cold to me." you finished, putting your head in your hands. "Did you say something wrong?" he asked you. You just shook your head. "I'm sorry Y/N." he said and patted your shoulder. "You know what!" you yelled, getting everyone's attention. "Sorry guys, I didn't mean you." you apologized and looked at Xavier again "I don't give a fuck. I'm gonna ask her out. I was never afraid to ask out a girl. Why should I be afraid now?" "Yeah that's the spirit!" Xavier yelled and gained the attention from everyone again. You both did your handshake and you left, throwing your hands up in the air and yelling "I'm gonna do it!". "That's my best friend right there!" Xavier yelled, pointing at you.
You were basically running to your room, to get the things you bought for Wednesday. "Okay, I got it!" you told yourself, hyping yourself up. You took the things, looked in the mirror and went straight for their room. You heart was pounding. You slowed down, the closer you got to their door. "I can't believe that a girl finally made me nervous." you said to yourself. You held up your hand to knock, but didn't. You slowly started to turn away and go, but then you saw Xavier standing there, arms crossed. You looked at him and he looked determinded and motioned you to knock. You shook your head and he stepped closer. You mouthed 'Okay, okay' to him. You stood infront of the door again. You looked at him one more time, but he wasn't there anymore. 'WTF?' you thought. You lifted your hand again, but this time you knocked. "Come in!" you heard someone saying, definetly Enid. You stepped inside, holding the things behind your back. "Hi Y/N." Enid greeted, smiling lovely at you. "H- Hi Enid." you greeted back. You looked over to Wednesday and she was typing again. Enid looked curiously at you, then she catched up. "Oh riiight... Wednesday, I'm at Yokos if you need me." she said and left, winking at you. Enid closed the door and you got closer to Wednesday. "Hi Wednesday." you said, hoping for a repsonse. She stopped writing. "Hi Y/N." she coldly said. 'Now's your chance Y/N!' you reminded yourself. "Can we maybe talk?" you asked her. She turned around in her chair, but still didn't look at you. 'Okay... no turning back' you told yourself. "Well... I know that you are not a big fan of love..." you started "But I have the feeling you're kinda fond of me." you smiled a little. "So I wanted to give you these." you said, holding out black roses covered in red. Wednesday still didn't look at you, but took the flowers and looked at them now. "I hope you like them, because I kinda like you" you said. "I know you don't like gifts, but I have another one." you said and started to take out a small black box. You opened the little black box and showed her what's inside. She looked at it and didn't say anyhting. You took it out and showed its full beauty. It was a black necklace with a black heart. Simple but it looks amazing. "Do you wan't me to put it on you?" you asked her. She still didn't respond or looked at you. Nevertheless you stepped closer and started to put it on her. You got infront of Wednesday again and looked at her. "I'm trying to ask you out. Why aren't you looking at me or talking to me?." you asked her. No respons. You slowly reached to her chin, slowly raising it with your index finger and thumb. Now she was looking at you. You stayed like this for 1 min. until she turned around again and started to type. "You really have nothing to say?" you asked, louder than you intended. She stopped writing, looking emotionless at her type writer down. You looked at her, waiting when she finally spoke up "Leave.". You couldn't beleieve what you heard. You felt like you just got stabbed in your heart. "W- What?" you quietly asked in shock. "Leave and don't bother me again." she said, showing no emotions. "Tell me what I did wrong!" you demanded, at the verge of tears. "I can't l..." she started, but cut herself off. "You can't what?" you asked her, stepping behind her. She didn't flinch or turn away. You bent over a little and held yourself up at her desk. "Just tell me Wednesday." you sadly whispered into her ear. "I can't l..." she started again "Come on, just say it." you said. "I can't love you Y/N." she said, tears running down your cheeks now. It was like a 100 people just kicked you in the guts. Wednesday was staring at her typewriter, showing whatsoever no emotions. "Message received." you quietly said and left the room with your heart stabbed a million times.
You were currently fast walking to your room, trying to wipe away the tears you shed for a romance, that you know, will never happen. "Wowowow." Xavier stepped infront of you. "What happened?" he asked you, holding your shoulders. "She rejected me." you said, now breaking down. He took you into his embrace and lead you to your room. "Shhhh.. everything's going to be okay." he soothed you. You were sobbing into your pillow now. "Everyone said she liked me!" you yelled. "I thought she liked me!" you told him, tears streaming down your cheeks. "I know... I know..." he tried to calm you down. "Why do I fall for a girl like her. She has literally no emotions and feels nothing." you yelled again. Xavier just looked sadly at you. "I'm really sorry Y/N. Maybe it's just not meant to be." he said, hugging you again. You buried yourself in his embrace. Both of you stayed like this, 'till Xavier had to leave. He didn't want to, but Teachers were getting suspicious. You were under your blanket, crying your eyes out. This night, you cried yourself to sleep.
A/N: Damn... I maybe cried a little, lol. Sorry not Sorry (Pisces Moon).
