The bell rings which means it's time to switch periods. You gather your stuff as Zack watches you. You rush out the classroom to go to your locker. You do the combination and open it. After you grab your stuff, you close your locker and there stands Zack next to your locker smiling at you. "Oh, hey!" You smile. "Hey!" He smiles back. "Need anything?" You lean against your locker. "Just wanted to see you" he replied leaning against his locker, too.

"Well, maybe after class" you nod and start to walk off. "Remember, we're in the same period?" He asked running up to you still smiling. "Oh, yeahhh! Maybe during class then" you turn to him. "Y/n!" You look the other way and see Lisa and Kelly. "Hey!" You greet. "How are your classes so far?" Lisa asked. "She just started" Kelly laughed.

"Righttt..!" They then look at Zack. "You being nice to her, Zack?" Kelly crossed her arms smiling. "As I want to be" He tightened his grip onto his folders. "Well, I better get going to my next class" you turn to Zack remembering that he needs to show you around still. "Oh- yeah! Come on" he grabs your hand again. Kelly and Lisa snicker.

Time Skip To Lunch Time

You and Lisa had 5th period together and so you guys decided to go walk down to lunch together. "I freaking hate math!" Lisa complained. "It's not that bad, I think they just need to take an easy" you replied. "You're right about that!" She rolled her eyes. "Anyways, what's going on between you and Zack?" She looked at you. "Nothing, why?" "Nothing?" She scoffed. "There's a lot more than nothing! He literally drools when he sees or is around you!" She added.

"Really? How so?" You start to get nervous. "Kelly told me what you guys were doing in first period, you guys were passing notes basically flirting with eachother!" "I wasn't, he was!" "Uh, huh, sure" she laughs. You guys enter the cafeteria. "Which line you wanna go in? There's the hamburger, hotdog, pizza, and salad line" she asked. "Hm..hotdog!" She nods and you follow her to the line.

After you guys get your food, you follow her to a table that she told you she has more friends at. You see Zack, Kelly, and some other people sitting there. "Guys!" They all stop their conversation and look up and see you guys. Zack smiles to himself and looks down blushing when he sees you. "Where can Y/n sit?" Lisa asked. "Well, I sure wouldn't mind a hottie sitting next to me" some kid next to Kelly said while winking at you.

"Dude!" Zack pinched him. "Ow!" You just stand there confused not knowing where to sit. "Just sit next to Slater" Lisa said. Zack furrows his eyebrows at her. "Which one's Slater?" You asked. "Right here, honey bun" the kid raises his hand smirking at you. You raise an eyebrow at him. Zack looks at him with a pissy look. "You don't have to sit next to him!" Zack tapped the table trying to get your attention.

"Oh, it's okay!" You smile at him and sit next to Slater. Slater and Zack look at eachother like they're about to fight. The kid next to Lisa laughs. "I'm Samuel, but you can call me Screech!" The kid extends his hand. "I'm Y/n!" You shake his hand. "So! Y/n.." you look at Slater.

"What do you say I take you out to the movies tonight?" He puts his arm around you and looks at Zack. Zack's eyes widen with jealousy. "Slater, she JUST met you!" Kelly snaps her fingers at him. "So?! She's probably okay with it! Right?" He looked at you. "Um..not really" you smile for peace. Zack's lips then form a little smile. Lisa looks at Zack with an eyebrow raised knowing that he is happy that you rejected Slater.

"How about us, Lisa?" Screech asked her while wiggling his eyebrows. "UM! Absolutely not!" She makes a disgusted face. "I'm gonna go throw out my tray" you told them. "Want me to come with you?" Lisa asked. "No, it's okay, I see where the trashcan is, but thanks" she nods and continues talking to Kelly. You get up and walk over to the trashcan.

Zack finishes his juice and sprints up out of his chair and over to you. "Y/n!" You turn around. "Yeah?" He takes a deep breath. "Just a quick question. Do you like anyone?" He fiddled with his fingers. "Hm..actually, yes, I do!" His eyes widen as he looks at you. "You do?!" "Mhm!" "Who?!" "I'm not telling you!" You laugh walking away. "Woah woah! Tell me!" He runs up to you. "Nope!" You laugh harder as he almost trips.

"Y/n, Y/n! Please!!" He begged. "Noooppee!" You smile at him. "Don't make this an all day thing!" He laughed. "More like all year!" You go to sit back down. Screech and Kelly look at you both weirdly. "Who is it?!" He bends down looking at you. You pretend to zip your lips. He groans. "Why?!" "It's a secret!" "You can tell me the secret!" "Only I know the secret!" "Get off the floor and sit in your seat!" The lunch lady scolded him.

He rolls his eyes and goes back to his seat. You laugh as he smiles with jealousy but with anger thinking it's someone else.
