Personality: Described in the novel, Rosabella is cold-hearted, blunt and very sarcastic woman that resembles the thorny roses which this due of her tragic bringing through the years of abuse.
She's originally was happy and cheerful living with her mother despite they were commoners and have a simple life but she was happy. But after her mother died and ended up being taken by her biological father, Grand Duke and living in the Bardales Household, made her life a living hell. Due of the emotional abuse and bullying from her two half brothers, along with Aristocratic Social Circle, made her tough on the edges and became independent to escape her hellish so called home.
She became sharp-witted, headstrong, and sharp-tongued as using her knowledge and wits to take down her enemies with the most cruelest words as well, using her status as the Second Princess of the wealthiest in order to protect herself from more verbal or emotional abuse. She's willing to be a spiteful villainess to protect herself from anyone who dares to hurt her.
While she mostly hates her abusive half brothers and resents her neglectful father, she does have a familial and caring relationship with her half older sister Anamaria and having friendships with some of the servants as well, most notorious nobles like Baronet Modred. She was willing to agreed with the engagement with the Crown Prince Ian not because of love, but in order to free herself from her hellish household.
Correct by Elisha, she doesn't love him but she's close friends with him due of their upbringings and circumstances. She didn't even hate Heroine Liliana but she was strict to her in order for her to learn to defend herself from anything. She even was selfless and good-hearted at the end to protect Liliana from getting stabbed at the climax of the novel.
The current timeline, she's still the same but she ended up having the courage to escape home and going to Valencia March for protection and a better life due of the Valencia siblings who managed to escape from their toxic household.
Rosabella is rather shy, bashful and quite of socially awkward since she doesn't know how to make friends outside from her inner circle. Despite her introverted personality, she's also gracious and polite to the siblings, especially with Elisha who reminds her of her late mother and slowly befriending Alisha and Elias.
She's slowly open up and became little more happier and friendlier to others, even the Dragon Lord and the fairies. She's also have emotional wisdom and thoughtful to Elias by knowing his family's history and comforting him as growing feelings for him.
She's ended up becoming Archmage and she's get blushful due of the nurturing, caring treatment from her maternal uncle.
