3rd person pov:

It had officially been four weeks since (name) joined nevermore and she decided today would be the day she plucked up the courage to visit Sheriff Galphin, her father.

~time skip~

A ding could be heard as a figure dressed in black could be seen walking towards The sheriff's office. Sheriff Galphin could be seen writing down some notes on a new case when he heard someone clear their throat.
"Hey... I thought I'd stop by since I have a free period..."
(Name) sheepishly tugged at the bottom of her skirt. you see, shee hasn't seen her father in ages due to being stuck in some shitty boarding school so after everything happened with Tyler, Mr Galphin moved (name) to a more trusted school.
He instantly brought her into a bone crushing hug. "Hey...how are you settling in? Anything strange happened or any sign of any dangerous stuff?"
Sheriff Galphin became extremely protective of his daughter in fear she'll either end up like Tyler or he'll come take her away.
"I've made a few friends and everyone seems to like me. The weirdest thing that happened was probably when thing decided to sunbathe in the fountain. And nothing weird has happened although I do feel like I'm being watched half the time but people do like me so that's pre-tt-y normal."
Mr Galphin chuckled at that but soon grew serious as he grabbed his daughters hand and sat down with her.
"You know what happened to Tyler yeah.... Well he's still out there and he's not in his right mind right now so if you ever hear or see something suspicious you come tell me ok?"
(Name) gave a small nod, saddened by the mention of her brother. Sure she wasn't related to him by blood but he was still her brother at heart.

~time skip to after (names) visit to the police station~

(Name) pov:

I decided to take a short cut back to nevermore through the woods but I can't shake of the feeling I'm being watched. The sound of a twig snapping confirmed my suspicions. I spun around only to see a figure behind a tree staring at me. Wait.... That looks like..... No it can't be....... Tyler!?
The figure was gone before I could fully identify but I knew. I knew who I just saw and that could only mean one thing.... This semester is going to be nothing like I expected..... I snapped out for my thoughts and made a run for it back to nevermore.......... I have to tell Principle Weems before things get worse.......
