" There's no way he's actually gone" emmerett mumbled " he wasn't supposed to die we had.. so many plans I." Nova rested a hand in emmeretts shoulder. " He's gone, Em" tears threatened the corners of his eyes. " We were just starting to..oh no!" He buried his face in his hands and suppressed a sob. He threw himself into the wall " this is all my fault!" Oliver noticed from the shadows and hugged him to his chest to keep him from hurting himself. Tobias walked into the room and stopped dead in his tracks seeing the scene. He looked at the few, a puzzled, concerned look on his face. " What happened?" He asked, glancing at nova who stood with a depressed look on her face. Nova sighed. " Enrique..he" Tobias cocked his head. " He what? What happened?" Tobias asked, becoming concerned. " He died..in the attack." The color left Tobias's face. " What? What the hell do you mean I thought he stayed behind!?" Tobias exclaimed in disbelief. " He didn't. He insisted on keeping his brother safe." Nova explained. " And now he's dead because of me!" Emmerett choked out a sob. " That's not true" said Oliver, trying his best to comfort him. As a shadow he wasn't very skilled in the job, but he was trying to be there for emmerett. " We need to find a new second in command as soon as possible" said nova. " As much as I hate to say this, we can't dwell on our loss. In war things like this are destined to happen. We can't get distracted or the enemy has a higher chance at winning" a few people including tobias nodded in agreement.
