Hello, and welcome to my story! I know many of you are just going to move right on to the next chapter, but for those reading my author's note, I'd like to thank you for giving this fic a chance. There are many, many fanfictions out there, on many, many sites. Even Dad!Schlatt AU books are plentiful.
This fic won't have a regular update schedule, I'd like to inform you of this in advance. I'm currently jotting down several original stories and fanfictions on top of the one you're currently reading, and typically I do that physically-- that is, in a notebook. I'd say I'm a fairly busy person irl, which means I don't always get the opportunity to transcribe my stories to desktop. Fortunately for all of you, however, I'm currently very passionate about writing this. I manage to scribble down around two or so paragraphs every day, and because of my aforementioned passion for creating this fanfiction, it will likely take up many of those paragraphs. So, while I won't be posting them on here regularly, you can be assured I'm always building more of the story.
If you enjoy this fic, please make sure you know how to come back to check if it's been updated every once in a while by adding to one of your reading lists. If you don't, please post a comment to help me understand why. If you are one of my friends, don't feel pressured to read this book if you don't like it. It's not how I'm making a living, I just write for my own and others' enjoyment.
