"Really?" My nervousness grew as I heard her one-word answer.Nodding my head, she tilted her head and smiled. "That's good then. I like youtoo. Now, come here. I'm exhausted."Processing her words, a smile grew on my face as I scratched the back of my headto lessen the embarrassment.
Feeling my cheeks heat up, I was about to lay downon the ground when she shouted."Don't do that, or I'll take back what I just said! Come here; I'm tired; I want to gohome early!"Getting up, I went in the direction of where the tent was located.
KILLIAN'S POV:
Our little vacation has ended. We confessed to each other. Felix changed, and I'mpart of his reasons, adjusting for the better. I may have used to invalidate myfeelings for him, but now I just can't. It grew. My heart loves him a lot.Walking down the school hallways and constantly bumping into someone, I lookedaround the campus. It was almost the end of the day, but I was just yet to see Felix.
It was already two days after we confessed our adoration for each other, under themoon, in a place where only people loving each other were allowed to go, and alsotwo days since I last saw him.After that unforgettable night, the following day, he drove me back to my tinyapartment, carrying my stuff and placing them on my table. We had some smalltalk after, with him being his usual self; annoying yet attainable to keep in the bay.Whining from frustration, I continued walking, trying not to think more about thissituation and worrying.
As I reached the main gate, I took my phone from my bag and was about to callfor a taxi, when an unknown number popped up on my screen.I answered with curiosity building up inside me, informing the person on the otherside of the gadget to talk.Following my instructions, I felt my whole mind empty. The people passing by seemsto slow down as the air starts to suffocate me, wrapping its fingers on my neck andsucking the ability to think out of me.Chanting the word 'no' over and over again.
