Juni

I was finally starting my life going to college. On the ride to Florida A&M university I was just getting more and more excited as we got closer to it.

I was finally going to be free and do what I wanted. I grew up in a strict home never going to parties and rarely hanging out with my friends. So you can say I was your typical "good girl" in her room reading books, studying, doing homework, etc. Plus I was really smart and plus size so I wasn't your typical popular girl either.

I was really an outcast for my weight and because I was quiet I never really spoke up for myself when I was bullied I was always to scared, to scared timid, to nervous how people would perceive me if I actually spoke up and gave them people a piece of my

But all of that is behind me now; I was going to let loose in college, be free and for once, I am finally going to be happy.. When we arrived at FAMU it was bigger from what I remember when I visited it in my junior year.

"You better behave and make sure your grades are good we not paying all this money for you to just party ,and drink and whatever you kids do now a days." My mom said with a snappy tone Ik she wanted the best for me but I'm really good with time management and she knows this . "Mom okay I don't even do that stuff anyway I'll be good I promise you don't have to worry."

I wasn't completely lying I wasn't going to let partying or boys get in the way of my studying. But I was going to drink and party since it would be my first time to do something like that. But my mom didn't need to know that.

I got registered and I got my key card for my dorm I was going to be in the north tower and I had the room all to myself I was glad. Me and my mom started unpacking my things and decorating putting things away

It was like 3 o'clock when we finished. My dad stayed in the car doing his business stuff. Plus I didn't think he would want to do all this "girly stuff" anyway. My mom stated a little just talking to me telling me to behave and she would be checking in on me and calling me often. I said okay and she gave me a kiss goodbye and I just latex one my bed looking at the ceiling. "I can't believe I'm really in college I really made it to my school of my dreams."

I got out my done and went to the library to pick up some books for my classes my dad already gave me money for my books so I was all set. I sat in the library just reading and writing story's on my laptop. This is what I wanted to do write, create story's, make books an outlet for people who like to read.

I was starting to get tired so I put my laptop back in my bag, and the books I bought. And I headed back to my dorm class didn't start for another week but I always liked to be prepared. As I was heading to my dorm I saw this guy he was dark skin and muscular looked like he played some type of sport he had on a graphic t shirt but it was tight around his muscles but not too tight. He had tattoos on his arms, and his hands he had waves
,and nose piercing.

He looked at me up and down real slow he was my neighbor. I smiled at him very friendly and he smiled back he had pretty white teeth at the top and he had golds on the bottom. "Hi how are you" I said with a cheerful tone. "I'm good ma how about you" he said with a smirk he voice was very deep and sensual it kinda caught me off guard, but he did sound like he was from around here. I respond with "I'm good" as I starting putting my key to unlock my door and walk into my dorm. Out of nowhere, he stops me. "What's your name" he asks, with a longing stare. "Juni, what about you?" I respond. "Lucas" he says while staring into my body, his eyes feeling like fire burning into my clothes and following every curve. It almost felt like he was undressing me.. made me feel nervous as his eyes wondered it fell silent between us before he broke it "well I'll see you later Juni." I nodded and smiled and watched him walk inside his dorm. Then I walked in my dorm leaning against the door still thinking about his eyes on me, his eyes were deep and dark but it wasn't scary it was surprisingly comforting...
